I contacted this company on a Tuesday morning to get a rush order done. Our firm wanted to get Team t-shirts for a CancerCare walk we would be participating in over the weekend. I spoke with Sue and she was immediately accommodating. After exchanging a few emails, our order was placed and was ready for us 3 days later. We were able to don our matching t-shirts for the walk thanks to Sue and her great team. We would absolutely use this company again and highly recommend to everyone.

Awful experience. Logo was poorly executed on sample. Bret had his own designers take it upon themselves to redesign the logo WITHOUT consent. No communication. Very unprofessional. I usually never write reviews but felt I had to as I was the designer who did the logo and it was a shock to me how disrespectful they are with clients.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! This place is amazing! The people are extremely professional and courteous. I had a very large order and not only was everything done perfectly, but the order was actually ready earlier than the agreed upon date. They are the only people I will use for screen printing. A++++++

The name says it all! I never had to worry about my order not getting to me by when I needed it. Sometimes my deadline was very quick, but the staff to On Time handled it and made my deadline! Without hesitation, recommend this business and will absolutely use again. Thanks!!!

I have been using On Time for my companys shirts for 3 years now. I have never had a problem. All of the staff has always been a pleasure to deal with, the product has always been great quality, and deadlines are always met. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

staff is rude.. I shirts are a different color than I choose and way over priced... I got the same job done by the competition in the same town and it was perfect and cost almost 100$ less
