Horrible Customer service. A few days prior I snuck in and grabbed one of their pricing sheets and business cards. I live very close and had plans of getting the works, business cards, t-shirts and some other advertising must haves for my fitness brand. I go in there today see two people in the store. No one says a word. So i finally ask one gentlemen if he works there. He says no . Then a lady at the copy machine says oh I work here. I ask how much to print one piece of paper (no color) that i would send by e-mail. 5 bucks . Im like wow 5 dollars for one copy. She then replies oh yes Id have to stop what im doing and help you , so yeah 5 bucks. Goes and ask manager , comes back yeah 5 bucks. Now this place claims to make custom t-shirts for 20 bucks. Unbelievable seems as if they make prices up as they go. I no fool arrow printing in Ansonia would never charge me More than 50 cents if that for the same service. A one page print out. And to think I was going to order some t-shirts. Oh well there loss. Do not recommend doing business with this organization.

High quality service meets high quality product. I had an emergency situation with my daughters uniform for her travel softball team, and I called Shelton Printing. They answered before store hours and were extremely willing to help me remedy the situation for my daughter. She needed two team jerseys screen printed with a two-day turnaround time. Despite the fact that I could not bring the jerseys until that afternoon, and didnt have the original art work, Shelton Printing was able to complete the job in one day. When I picked them up the next afternoon, I could not believe the quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail. The jerseys matched her team logo perfectly! We went in today to have a name plate made (similar to what you would find on the front of a trophy). We were hoping to have it made today as it was for a baby that was just born. They worked with us to get the font and size correct to match others that had been made 12 yrs earlier. They also made a second for us at a nominal cost because we wanted to try eliminating comma and period to give it some more space. All done within 2-3 hours. Dee was excellent to work with. Highly recommend and we will be back!
