I give this Fed x store 1 star only for convience . I had to fax a 1 page document to a 860 number which is still Ct . First off nobody asked did I need help - about 2 mins into reading the price I saw someone and asked how much was cover sheet ., I was told it was free- The fax is old but the instructions clear . Yet it jammed and try to do 3 pages , that confirmation showed cancel -With nobody around I had to figure out how to un jam this fax machine - finally it goes through perfect - should only be 1.89 cents - I get to register Im charged 2.49 and told that though 860 is Connecticut anything out of 203 is long distant - Then put that on your sign bey they wont tell that to the better business Bureau - mind you the working that had so much to say didnt even have a draw or register some lady name - clover rung me out gave me my change and took off- this store needs undercover boss - It was a nice girl who before so much to say but walking around doing nothing came along said it was a mistake - so I dont know if I was over charged but when you dont work change adds up - Never coming back to this location - Had nice experience at Branford location shout out to Branford - Anyway dont fax nothing from this store - a rip off

We moved back to Connecticut approximately 6 months ago. As owners of a small business we have seen the output/results of numerous Kinkos (FedEx Office now) throughout the United States. We have reached out to many of them over the past decade in running our business. Many times we had some really bad results on the West Coast, and in the South. However, in the past 6 months FedEx Office in Orange, CT sets a standard of excellence that blows away my expectations every time. These guys go out of their way to get our work done right, and on time. With a pending deadline for a trade-show, they not only did what we asked, they made it better. Never in my life did I think I would be raving about a Kinkos (FedEx Office), however six months of proof makes it hard not to sing their praises. For printing in Milford, CT or its surroundings, these guys are the best price, best service, best quality, and best follow up.

As a physician in a large group that holds a FedEx business account I walked in to break a $20 bill and was told by a female latino supervisor with a ghetto attitude that I needed to make a purchase in order to receive 2 $10 bills for my $20. Blatant lie and poor business practice geared towards customer service.

UPS charges customers to use the computer by the minute. Thats ridiculous. What if I have trouble finding my document. I always come to FedEx. They dont charge you to breathe their air. No complaints. Frictionless business experience.
