I should have known better to use UPS but now I know how darn expensive they really are. Cost me $40 to mail a 1.5 lbs package from CT to CA, which will take 8 days of transit. Screw that! Go to the post office and use their very low fares and no time, flat-rate delivery. This will be my first and last experience at this store or any UPS for that matter. Freaking ripoff.

I had an item to return and was sent a .pdf of the shipping label. I asked if I could email the label for them to print and was told that was fine. More than 5 minutes I waited for them to figure out how to print the label. After that, as I was walking out the door and they told me I owed them $0.50 for computer time and a print. Seriously??!

Ive shipped from this store about a dozen times in the last few years and I dont think ll continue to go there anymore. Last few times I was in neither of the employees there were at all friendly and UPSs prices are always higher than either the post office and FedEx anyway, so Ill just be going up the road from now on.
