I have been going to this location for a couple years, yesterday I went to purchase my birds bulk food which has always been 3.99lb, they charged me 8.99lb, I asked an employee in the back how much the food was, to which he confirmed 3.99lb, the cashier and the "manager" didnt want to be proved wrong, were rude and eventually gave me my money back. When I left I called the 107th st location and their price is still 3.49lb. there is a scam going on at the 125th store, I would never shop there again

The conditions these animals are kept in, particularly the reptiles and small furry animals are terrible!!!! Avoid getting a beloved pet from here. They are malnourished and in kept in terrible housing conditions. This store needs to get shut down. They only care about bringing money in! Very disappointed in petland! Even petco keeps their animals in better conditions. Do NOT SUPPORT THESE HEARTL3SS, money hungry freaks.!!!

They have great serves but the conditions that the animals are kept in are bad the reptile housing are way to small I try to get as much to save them from that terror but I cant do it alone people have to relive that we have to focus on this and make sure that they fix the store floss or sadly get shut down
