My friends and I have been going out to the Rockaways to help with the relief effort after Hurricane Sandy and Juans mindblowing generosity has made a tremendous difference in peoples and pets lives out there. I wanted to become a new customer, but a can of Merrick for cats ($1.49) plus a can of Blue Wilderness (promotion as $1.39) came up to a $4.40 bill, and no purchase receipt. I was not in the mood of fighting and going through the narrow and busy aisle again, paid and left, but never coming back.

ABCs shelves are always fully stocked and the friendly staff always helpful (if not always smiling). They will deliver quickly and stay open a little later for you. Basically, a great neighborhood pet store. The cats, while not necessarily warm and greeting, wont attack my dog. So thats a plus!

I have been using this store to order Blue Buffalo dog food for 3 years since I moved to Brooklyn. Delivery is free and always convenient for me. My dog loves this store and always takes extra long sniffs when she walks by.

Ive called into this location three times in a row to see if they have a product. They always say YES YES YES. I walk there, And they never have the product. Its not worth the walk. Go somewhere else.

I actually walk farther out of my way to go here because the fancy cat food I buy is almost 50 cents cheaper per can than my closer NYC pet
