Planning a wedding involves so many decisions, but choosing Carolina at Sterling Blooms was a no-brainer. From the very first phone call Carolina made the experience easy and fun. She set up a meeting for the bride, groom and MOB. We were able to express ideas and gain invaluable advice about what it would take to have an incredibly beautiful wedding. About three weeks before the wedding Carolina took us to the NYC flower market to see the actual flowers that would be used. What a great experience! On the day of the wedding everything she did was AMAZING!!! Carolinas knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail make her the only florist to consider for your event!! We are still getting phone calls about the beautiful flowers.

I simply must write and tell you how much I appreciated the gorgeous flower arrangement that was sent to my son and his wife on Roosevelt Island yesterday!! They actually sent me a photo of the delivered bouquet and it was more beautiful than I had even thought it would be. My order was the Sunshine Surprise Present......it was a stunner!! The employee with whom I spoke on the phone was delightful and so very accommodating and professional. I actually felt as if I were talking to a friend. Customer Service is certainly alive and well at Sterling Blooms!! It was my choice to use a local New York City florist and I am so happy that my son was able to recommend you.
