Family. That is what Carlo and Ana have become. We had always gotten our flowers from Floresta to begin with, but we werent so quick to pull the trigger when it came to our wedding. We wanted to keep it local to LIC, and considered a few options. But in the end, we kept coming back to Floresta. They werent the cheapest option, but art isnt cheap. Its easy to discount wedding flowers as being disposable. Its only one-day after all. But what Carlo and the team create arent floral arrangements. Theyre awe-inspiring visions. Everything from the boutonnières, to the bridal bouquet, to our drop-dead gorgeous altar, was breathtaking. We had an absolutely beautiful canvas by having Mundo as the venue, but Floresta was the painter that took it to the next level. Their style perfectly complimented the space. Each detail was thoughtfully considered, and executed with excellence. Everything was a work of art. You can go elsewhere and pay "regular" prices; but then youll get "regular" flowers. You arent just paying for flowers when you choose Floresta. Youre paying for artistry. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldnt hesitate for a moment in my choice. Although an artist herself, thankfully Ana is there to keep the wheels turning; because everyone at Floresta is a botanical visionary before anything else. Their vision went beyond the arrangement of petals. They considered how to enhance the entirety of the experience, and helped create an unforgettable event.

This place is really something special. The craftsmanship and artistic sensibility almost defy description; only the word extraorindary even comes close. I have been here twice for two very different flower needs and each time Carlo and the team have wildly exceeded my expectations. And besides the excellent work, the customer service is really something youll remember. From the minute you step foot into their snug storefront, bursting with beautiful flowers and creations, you are treated like an old friend or a respected regular. Im someone with no idea or eye for aesthetics, but Carlo made me feel confortable, asked the right questions, and made me feel trusted and respected. This review probably sounds ridiculously over the top, but it is well and fully deserved. I will be back and I encourage you to take your business here as well.

BEST FLORIST I KNOW! Carlo met with my fiance and i after we got engaged... we talked for hours. Im so happy i trusted him. His vision was better than i had imagined. My wedding was a fairytale, an array of white flowers in gold vases with pops of brown, green and grey. Our venue said they had never seen a more elegant wedding. And the flowers were much to thank for that! Carlo is beyond talented. And his staff as well! Ana was amazing :) They are very organized, they checked in with me, very responsive if i had any quesitons and readily available for meetings... just an all around professional and pleasant experience. VERY Happy Bride :)

I passed by on my way to the hospital and the staff was extremely helpful and made the most lovely flower arrangement to celebrate a baby boy! They even helped me pack it up for the trek there. Ive never gotten so many compliments for flowers, thank you!

The flower shop is lovely and ppl there too, I have seen beautiful flowers there but I got 2 orchids and one came sick. They exchanged but the next one was sick too. So maybe they should change their orchids vendor.

Quaint store with fantastic fresh cut flowers as well as an assortment of orchids in pots at very reasonable prices. Friendly staff who always try to go the extra mile. Highly recommended.
