I ordered several expensive bouquets and balloons for a baby shower that I was hosting. The person who took my order and I went through painstaking details on the color of the ribbons around each vase, the number of each color balloon, etc. I was assured that the delivery would arrive by 10:00AM on a Sunday morning. I pre-paid with a credit card and requested a receipt to be faxed. NOTHING WENT AS AGREED UPON. 1. The receipt was never faxed to me (asked for it on two separate occasions) 2. There was no sign of the flowers at 10:25AM so I called and there was NO answer. I tried the website "Call me Now" and received a call that was a machine putting me on hold indefinitely (never picked up). 3. I called again at 10:35AM and there was STILL no answer. Again at 10:45AM and someone answered and ONLY SPOKE SPANISH 4. I attempted explaining the situation in my limited Spanish and basically was told that there was no record of my order and that it had not yet been made 5. I told the person that they should forget bringing it over and to cancel the order because it would never arrive in time (the baby shower started at 11:00AM) and it would be very disruptive to deliver it in the middle of the party. 6. The flowers came without the correct ribbons or balloon colors at 12:30PM! This caused a disturbance to the party, a scene at the door because the person still didnt speak English, and the arrangements were only seen by anyone for 30 minutes as the festivities were over at 1:00PM. 7. I called to get a refund and was told that they would have to pick up the vases. I said that was fine, but then the person changed their mind about that! I asked for a manager and was told that nobody was in the store, but they would have someone call me back. 8. I have now left messages for the owner, Phila, on three occasions over the course of three weeks and have not been called back. 9. They do not list an email address on their website so I cannot voice my situation to anyone. OVERALL – A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH COMPLETELY INEPT PEOPLE WHO DO NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICES YOU ORDER.

Avoid using this place if the occasion is important. Use if desparate and can grab & go.. I placed an online order for a sympathy arrangement 4 days in advance. I called several times because a confirmation email was not sent and no charges pending on my account. The explanation provided by the owner, was that they wait till day of delivery to charge card. She assured me order was received. I arrived at Funeral Home and arrangement was not there. Telephoned and the son stated," that was for today?". After,several minutes on hold, "on truck will arrive in 30 minutes". An hour, later " on way, we didnt have flowers on premises were waiting on distributer! Has not been an hour since your first call!". Arrangement did arrive and flowers and leaves were falling off because obviously completed rapidly after my first inquiry. Looked very different from online photo. Never again.

ive had consecutive that is really is at this so called flower shop. but the 1 that sticks out the most is when I came in and asked for a rose petals for valentines day and he looked at me in total confusion, then he came from the back with a grocery bag full of dark and dying rose petals and tried to charge me 30 dollars!!!!! I went 10 blocks north and got a fresh bag of packaged and greatly colored rose petals for a dollar and 50 cents!!! very disappointing I will never go back there and the only reason why so many people to go there is because its the only flower shop within 16 blocks

Terrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE if its an important occasion. I placed my order 2 weeks in advance for a very simple flower arrangement. After I called several times they could not find the delivery driver who was supposed to deliver flowers to my girlfriend, and they acted like it was my fault for ordering flowers on Valentines day, which is "really busy." Just my two cents: if youre a florist, you should probably expect Valentines day to be "really busy." Extremely unprofessional and showed zero concern for my missing order.

Im sorry for who ever thinks this is a very bad place. But to be honest this is the best place to get flowers from and Ill assure you because I have known the owners for a while and if you tell them you need them for a special time you should given them a call and place them online because sometimes the online is usually delayed due to the payment method.. but please call or order in person it will better due to online delays and credit card authorizations. And I promise you it will better over the phone than online

Buyer beware, this place is a ripoff, especially around holidays. $75 for a dozen roses? 1800 Flowers will send you 2 dozen for $60. The flowers in the refrigerated display are wilting and the prices are high high high for a poverty stricken neighborhood where most housing is government assisted section 8.

Horrible customer service. Sold me bad sunflowers and said if I dont bring the bad ones back they cant ask for a refund from their distributor. When I protested I was told they dont need my business, so I guess they do this everyone.

By far the worst florist Ive ever been to. Theyll cut your flowers too short, they will charge you for a piece of plastic, and give you attitude. Theres many better places you can go.

THEY WILL DELIVER ANYWHERE - THE ROSES ARE PRICED VERY REASONABLY AND LAST A LOT LONGER THAN ROSES YOU GET A YOUR AVERAGE CORNER BODEGA MY FAVORITE PLACE TO GO FOR PLANTS AND FLOWERS

Ordered flowers for next day, and they never delivered them. Tried to get my money back later, and they have yet to issue a refund. Stay away from these people.
