Horrible Experience!!!!!! I usually go to Julies flowers on Coney Island between T & U (Kathy makes beautiful arrangements). Unfortunately I didnt have time to drive there and stopped by Cinderella Florist on the way from the train... Big mistake! When I walked in, there were no other customers and three women behind the counter. I asked for a $40 bouquet. I was immediately offered an orchid wrapped up in plastic (with no price tag). I paused and thought about it, and asked for the price. She told me its $45. I told her that I would prefer a bouquet. I was then offered tulips, since thats what was handy. I said I didnt want tulips, to which I got a response, "why, tulips are very beautiful and will last". I didnt realize that I will have to justify the reason for my taste in flowers. At this point I was getting frustrated and said that I can go somewhere else. The three women said no, they will make whatever I want, and they are just trying to help. So they asked me if I want a big bouquet, and I said it doesnt need to be big, just nice. So she showed me a tiny bouquet which is designed for a bride to carry down the isle. I said no, and she proceeded to start gathering flowers while discussing with the other two women how small bouquets are so popular in Europe now and how America is always late behind the times when it comes to fashion. Finally she finished the bouquet which looked ok, but nothing special at all. When I asked how much, she told me $45. First of all, the bouquet looked like it should cost no more than $25, and second of all, if I told her that I wanted to spend $40, why did she make one for $45. She was clearly going to charge $45 for anything I would have bought from the moment she offered me the orchid. I would have walked out if I wasnt in a rush. I came out feeling upset that I had a tasteless bouquet and cheated and ripped off (not the feelings you want to have when you’re buying flowers and going to a party).

I was in a rush to present a nice bouquet for my moms birthday. I drove by and stopped at Cinderella flower shop on Ave. Z . The lady created a beautiful large arrangement of roses with greenery at affordable price so my mom and guests were really impressed !
