This place has changed since I bought my camera a few years ago. They no longer sell cameras which was a surprise to me since that was what I knew them for. The store got smaller, they seem to be concentrating on printing and video services now. That being said it was a great experience, the woman that helped me was terrific. She talked me through the different printing and mounting options for my images. I went back yesterday and picked them up. The prints looked great, a lot better than what I was used to getting from the Snapfish. All the employees in the shop were friendly and helpful. Im digging the changes theyve made, Ill be going back.

I just did a large printing and framing job with them and Im very pleased with the service and quality of work. The job consisited of 8- 16x20 large format prints that needed to be scanned, color corrected, printed on a rag paper and then custom framed. Their attention to detail was outstanding and Elaine the custom framer has a great sense of design. She picked out the perfect moulding that I would have never considered but just brought the images to life. A job well done.

Had B&W and color photos printed from .tiff files. B&W looked good. The Color prints are pretty desaturated and look flat over all. These prints were a custom size, had to ask for prints to be cropped so they didnt have white borders. That was a mistake. I had to re-cut all the photos. Also, one of the photos has a small scratch on it. I might seem picky but for $150 I expect pro work….not the case.

I had a few pictures I wanted enlarged, Artcraft had been recommended to me. What a surprise to see all the different gift ideas. The sales person was very helpful and friendly. I choose a couple items and was told when they would be ready. When I came back they were waiting for me, exactly as I had ordered. Its nice to shop at a store where they really care about their service and products.

Very helpful staff...I wanted to transfer 40+yr old 8mm video and the staff explained the whole process and options available to me. Original film was returned in a week, as well as a CD of the transferred. I now have that video preserved! Will definitely return !
