Take the time to prepare shipment. Load car. Drive to store only to find that they close earlier than posted on their website! Really guys, update your site or close it. Wrong information is a waste of time and annoys customers.

The cashier sam was very rude did not inform me on a 25 dollar packing charge the total came out over 65 dollars for a small package I do not suggest anyone use this store just go to your local post office for a flat rate box.

Much better since the former owner left. He was one miserable person. All staff members are pleasant, cordial and willing to help. But I miss the young lady with the short hair.

I have visited this store once to send a package and a dozen times for picking up something. Yet to face any issues. Im usually in and out in 5 mins.
