I have only had good experiences at Hastings Velo. Whether I am buying a bike, spinning in the Winter with Stan or just coming in for a minor bicycle tweak, I have always felt like Stan and Bob were looking out for me. The Sunday shop ride is challenging. Try it if you are up to it. Bob is the best bike mechanic in the area. He can just look at your dérailleur and diagnose the problem. Hastings Velo is definitely my go to bike shop.

I started using Hasting Velo the very first month they opened up and I havent used another bike shop since. I initially just brought in my bikes for maintainence and conditioning, and ended up buying a brand new carbon fiber road bike from them. The best fitted bike Ive ever rode on, hands down, thanks to Stan and Bob and their knowledge of all things cycling. Ive been sending friends and family to the store ever since.

These guys do a great job on my bikes. Theyre knowledgeable, fair, and can help you find solutions in a comfortable price range. Even better, they made my teenage daughter feel comfortable. They adjusted a bike for her and left her feeling that she could conquer mountains -- which we did. She and I spent a week mountain biking in the Rockies. These guys rock.

Well stocked, nice people, zero high pressure sales pitch. Very knowledgeable too, from custom carbon and titanium rigs, to folding bikes, to child carrier seats they seem to have it all.
