My wife test rode and subsequently bought a Day 6 bike from Frank at River Bicycle. We live almost 2 hours away and Frank was very accommodating to our schedule. He even opened the shop on a day off (day before Thanksgiving) and spent a few hours with us test riding the bike and adjusting it for a perfect fit. My wife hadnt ridden a bike in quite a few years and Frank went the extra mile to make her feel comfortable. We highly recommend River Bicycle!

Im so happy to do business with this Bike shop. Ended up buying three bikes from them and I dont have a single complaint. They have always went above and beyond of what I expected. Once I came in for them to help with a refitting and I popped my tire while putting it in the car. They replaced the tube and did a quick fitting, I expected to pay for the tube and fitting. I wasnt charged for either of them.

ken and the staff here were great . i cam in looking to rent a bike and got a great, although i drove down from Armonk NY, it was easy to get through. My friend joe from Greenwich recommended it he said he first found them while looking in white plain but ken has the best selection. so if you where coming from zany where in the tri state area i recommend you tell ken Joe sent you....

Much better with the ownership change a few years ago. I avoided it after a bad experience 5 or so years ago with the previous owner who tried to sell my wife a bike that was too large for her probably because he had it in stock. We went to another shop and they fitted her for a smaller bike which fits correctly. They are much better now and very friendly with shorter repair times.

Frank was fantastic. He helped me pick out a new bike, set it up, gave me two free service visits with new purchase and ordered specialty items for me through his wholesalers. He even agreed to match prices on certain products that are sold on Amazon. I would highly recommend this store. Frank even opened up on a Sunday (closed in winter) so I could pick up. Thank you.

Frank is a great mechanic who charges fairly and always makes sure that the job is done right. He doesnt try to up sell customers but focuses on giving great value and service. Im an avid rider who has purchased bikes and a number of equipment upgrades from him and have never been disappointed.

Ken always comes through! No matter what you ran over or what happened, Ken can get you back on the road the quickest. At the worst, hell patch you up & then have brand new parts within 2 days, overnight if you hit him up early enough.

Frank is amazing. Did a quick gear adjustment on the spot and fixed a number of other small misalignments at the same time. Very quick! Bike feels new! Thanks Frank. Other shops were quoting me 5-7 day turnaround.

I came in with a flat tire. I got fast, friendly service and had fun looking around. The shop has a lot of bikes you dont see anywhere else and even make their own very sturdy looking tricycles.
