Dont expect a quick visit, Ive yet to get in and out in under 30 minutes, the slow service occurs for multiple reasons, typically 3 staff members are behind the counter and 1 is likely assisting customers. When you finally do get the attention of the staff dont expect a good customer service experience, Ive made 6 purchases here and all but one time there were price issues where tags were mislabeled or the signage was inaccurate and not once has their pricing mistakes worked in the customers favor. So in the end we have unneeded long visits where we end up paying more than advertised and it feels like this may be the business model, feeling defeated after 30 minutes of imaginary vapor service that we just pay the higher price just to get out of the confusion and misleading sales efforts. Sorry guys but your not doing a very good job, I hope that can change, there could be a good experience to be had in your store but unfortunately its not there yet.

I went into smokers choice today to buy a pipe... I picked one out and I bought it and literally walking out the door I was checking out the piece to see how the airflow was and I realized the hole in the bottom of the bowl was too small and I walked back in and asked to just exchange it with a piece with a bigger hole and was told I could not when I literally bought the piece 5 minutes before hand... I feel like I spent 50 dollars for a piece that Im not going to use again and the fact Im usually in here once a week getting wraps... that is absolutely ridiculous that I couldnt just exchange the piece with something the same price.... needless to say I will NOT be spending anymore money here... even if this is the only smoke shop around I will be taking my business else where to a shop that actually makes sure your happy with the piece that you just bought

Its a pretty big place with lots of glass art and other supplies. I went in there looking for a vape to quit smoking cigarettes. Nothing they had on display was in stock. The 2 women that worked there on Sunday had a clear lack of knowledge and interest. I knew nothing walking in there and left even more confused. All you have to say is "nobody is here that can help with vape mods," rather than feeding me ear-loads of horse hockey and wasting our time.

Went to smokers choice bought a coil for my vape. It was a bad coil went right back and they refused to check it out and exchange it. Ridiculous Ill never go there again . Ive had issues in the past as well with similar issues. You guys lost my business permanently and I found a much better place to go where they treat customers very well

The people there are very helpful and awesome!!!!! Don`t know why the government wants to take away the E-Juice at Smoker Choice stores that they make them self!! I guess they want us to go back to smoking cigarettes,so they can get higher tax on a pack. Plus the cost of heath care with the diseases caused by smoking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
