I am a complete beginner and had absolutely no clue where to start as to what would be the perfect cigar for my taste. I asked Lior (Owner) if he could assist me with what kind of flavor I was looking for. I told him that I wanted something kind of mild and comparing it to a vanilla kind of taste. Well he did exactly that!!! And on top of all that he didnt point me into the (more expensive) direction. He was more worried about the fact that I was a satisfied customer!!! I HIGHLY recommend this shop!!!!!

This is the ONLY place to purchase cigars in Wilmington if you want an excellent selection AND fabulous customer service! I went in with not a clue as to what my husband would like besides a "mild cigar" and Lior (the Owner) patiently offered multiple cigars at different price points. Being treated kindly makes for a loyal customer and so I will be purchasing all of my husbands cigars at the Cigar Exchange and recommending it to all of my friends!

All i can say is WOW!!!!! Lior and Joey both incredibley knowledgeable. If i could give it a honest rating not based on this scale it would an 11 out of 10 amazing if you and a cigar enthusiast or a newby stop by and i can say without a doubt you will not leave dissapointed truley a friendly enviroment makes you feel like family. Always a great selection of cigars on hand. Lior is exceptionally friendly and very knowledgeable about his inventory. Always enjoy chatting with him about good smokes hes had and what he is planning on bringing to the store. A great place to have a drink and a smoke while hanging out downtown.

The proprietor, Lior, is an amazing host with an expanded humidor containing a great selection of reasonably priced cigars - including reasonable prices on high end stuff and Lior goes out of his way to host various manufacturers with special deals. I highly recommend the Cigar Exchange.
