I do not recommend this place. I went last night because a flavor that I have been smoking for two years now, I bought from here and it was not the right flavor. They had allowed it to sit for so long that it had changed colors and the flavor was completely wrong. I went in and nicely asked them to replace it or give me my money back and I was told that they could not do that. The guy also talked to me like I had no idea what I was talking about and I have been loyal vapor for two years now, needless to say I know all about it. I went here for convenience because it was closer to my house but I will NEVER do it again. They are inexperienced and I will not waste my time here again. So I suggest not to even waste your time here and go somewhere where they know what they are doing. Customer service is important in any business and it is something that this Vapor Shack lacks.

Wont ever be coming back you let you best employee go. Sam Dunaway helped make your business and you know it. Way to go screwing someone over because of your lazy son. Wait I take that back if he is messing with his truck he is not lazy but when doing a complicated build he will complain. Way to use someone and then kick them to the door. Too bad for you Sam will take your customers to another vape shop.Switch to O is much better they only sell quality juice and authentic mods not that clone garbage that you over charge people for. And their prices are the best in town. Why spend $80 on a clone when I can spend $100 to get a quality authentic mod.

So I will change my review to reflect my honest opinion and experience. I did go in last week and was upset about an item I thought was overpriced. Turns out it was a high quality item and reflected a good price. They are the only store in town that has a specific flavor I like, but had a "other than" good experience with one of the sales persons in the store during my first visit.
