Great little shop, I never even new it existed there an jus happened to drive bye and give them a chance. The things I needed werent common household items and there was a wonderful variety of everything I needed and more!! Actually went back later that day for more stuff. Prices were low- and quality was perfect. I try to tell all my friends to go and check it out b/c I live in chili and Wud hate for them to close. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!! (All the employees were very easy to talk with and didnt give off that "shady" feeling that most smoke shops and their workers seem to have. Dont change a thing, although u can never advertise TOO much.. gotta check ur hours cuz need to go there jus not sure wat time u stay open til on weekends. I apologize for length of text but owning my own business myself I understand that usually for every 10 complains u get theirs usually at best ONE person who takes the time to let the business know. Especially if its a smaller business. Ok hopefully see u tom sometime. Erik- the pizza guy!

If youre a Distributer, Manufacturer etc or even a local customer. I would NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE!! The owners, John and Barbie are FLAT OUT CROOKS and DO NOT PAY THEIR BILLS! THEY left My COMPANY Hit Wholesale on the hook for over $1100 in merchandise they DELIBERATELY ordered for the store on a new NET DUE 30 day account after years of doing business with them on COD orders. I am sharing an experience I had with West Side smoke shop 2 in Brockport NY . I lived I an apartment above both CNS saloon and the Former second location in Brockport. They not only had a formidable selection of tobacco products but a home theater that had leather seats for customers to enjoy a big screen movie. And the staff and owners became good friends of mine. Its always good to stop in and see the accessories always in good company.
