This place is a total throwback the the "old-school" tobacco shops. They have a really great selection, so its pretty hard to walk out empty handed. Their staff is super knowledgeable about all of their product offerings, and has always been helpful whenever Ive come in.

Decent selection of cigars, but could do better. You should already know what you want when you go there as I dont it is not very well laid out for browsing. For as much advertising as this place has done over the years I expected the selection to be better than it was.

Great place to go with no clue of what you want and need help because the staff especially the manager. He is super nice and very knowledgeable in everything in the store its crazy how much he knows. Very good experience and with no pressure to buy it was very enjoyable.

Yeah this is the best shop in Rochester NY for tobacco products (maybe even the whole state.) The customer service is top notch! And everyone is so friendly and helpful there. Dont go anywhere else! Trust me I have been to all of them here, trying to get the best deals.

This place is a great find. They have a most impressive tabacos & a very good e-cig variety. Also lots of juice priced very close to online. I have done business with them for years, courtious always, no rush, comfortable atmosphere, Highly recommend.

Good selection of smokes. They even have some that I havent seen at other cigar stores. Not laid out very well for looking or browzing. A lot of cigars are behind the counter, so you pretty much need a sales person there to get you what you want.
