Went into Tobacco Hut searching for a hookah. After speaking to a guy who did not understand any English, finally another gentleman helped me out. They showed me several different hookahs, until we finally settled on a Khalil Maamoon hookah. The guy told me this was authentic Egyptian hookah. They told me it was $180. Im very suspicious of these places, and so I looked online and found that they go for about $90. Guy immediately said "OK! $120. I said its fine Ill buy one online. Again he said "OK! $100." Seeing as this wasnt a terrible price for it I agreed and asked for shisha, coals, and foil wraps. All for $115. When I got home, in better lighting. I took a look at the hookah and had one of my friends from Egypt take a look at it. Immediately, he started laughing. He pointed out the cheap copper they had put on there, fake emblems, and as I begun to inspect it, I noticed more scratches and knicks in the hookah. Poor quality. The guy also had given me shisha that he swore could be used 3 times. It was barely enough for once. Even the shisha bowl was all jacked up. He laughed at the price too. I felt ripped off. So, I went straight back to get my money back. The supervisor was suddenly gone. I asked the guy about returning it and requesting a refund, but he pointed out their "All Sales Final" sign. No refunds, no returns. Great...so I kept asking, pointing out the cheapness of the product they had given me. He said "come back tomorrow at 6 when my supervisor is here." And he gave me his number. I came back the next day, no supervisor. He said "you just missed him." I thought nothing of it and called the supervisor. Supervisor obviously knew I was going to call and when he picked up the phone he too could barely understand me! And whats worse HE HUNG UP ON ME MID CALL. I was furious. I called him back several times...no answer! I would give these guys 0 stars if I could. Shady business. Why no refunds or returns? Maybe because they sell you cheap rip off products that wont hold up for very long. Unless youre buying Tabacco or cigars from here, think twice before spending your money here on any of their "top quality" products!

Wandered in to get their spin on e-cigs. Friendly folks, guy took his time, was patient and very helpful; it was all down hill from there. Dude sold me an Ego One rig. Caveat emptor, let the buyer beware. I should have done my own research. My fault. But a gander at Egos web site revealed that not only was I sold an incomplete kit, missing the extra mouth piece, but I paid exactly twice what the device retails for. He did say that the Ego One would leak a little bit of e-juice; sort of like saying saying a root canal is a bit uncomfortable, as the piece of crap was not usable. Left puddles of juice collecting on any surface you set it on. Frequently leaked so badly the barrel was too slippery to use. I took it apart several times, checking for damaged seals, o-rings etc but nothing worked. Kept it for about a week and tossed it in the trash. Ordered a Vaporfi Pro off the inter-web with some custom mixed e-juice and now I understand how these things work and why they are so popular. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this retailer.

This shop is amazing the customer service all the stuff they sell is perfect you cannot be a jerk and give this place no less than four stars honestly speaking its deserved more than four stars you should go to other places and check it out and then you can judge it yourself I feel some of these one star reviews Are from competition. This shop Try to matched on LINE prices for me the juice e-cigarette prices is better then whats the actual company sells it for Go and take a look for yourself The cigar selection no one in north in Virginia have the same cigar selection The Vape selection no one have their Vape selection and E liquid selection Cigarettes , accessories tobacco hookah and everything you need is there in every week there is a new stuff always I personally thanks the management of this shop and I hope all the other stores have the same management

Anyone that gives this place 5 stars has no knowledge of the industry. Sub-par products for anything thats not a cigarette or a blunt wrap. All the vaping and smoking devices are clones (knockoffs) and they frequently attempt to charge people who dont know the actual cost of products 2-3x the retail value. Of course since they sell sub-par/fake products youll find out once you attempt to return your newly bought and quickly destroyed item that there are no refunds. I live right by this place and drive 30 minutes to one of several other smoke shops. The owner is negligent, oversight is horrible, awful customer service, the pretty girl behind the counter knows NOTHING, and they will try to screw you over in any way possible. I have nothing personal against anyone that works in this shop, this is a fair and valid assessment of the place. If you dont believe me, youll soon find out.

Frankly its not a bad place to buy cheap Vape fluid. They have just about every product on the planet including local stuff and some of their 60 mils are as cheap as 12 dollars, and the juice they sell isnt gas station stuff that will make you sick, its good stuff that you can vape without a problem. They carry all the high end stuff also for a cheaper price., even 12 mil Niv stuff that you wont find at other stores. Even better they have nic packets to increase the Nic if a need be. Sometimes they close shop early so try to get there before 9 and you wont have a problem, otherwise call first. Havent bought any mods or RDAs off them so I cant say if theyre decent. Staff arent rude at all which is a bonus. Its owned by a mideasten family so occasionally there is a language broblem but it"s not a major issue if you know what ryoure looking for. Would reccomend.

I thought I found a decent vapor store but they are more like a corner store in New York City trying to sell multiple products just to have a business. The lady behind the counter fools you with good looks because she doesnt know what in the hell she is talking about. I purchase a Kamry 100w that stop working a day after I bought it so I thought it needed new batteries so I bought to additional ones. Mind you I kinda figure I was getting robbed in the beginning when I heard the price for it $129.00 (just for the base) but I bought it anyone only to find out after it stop working the base only cost $66.80 online. So when I tried talking it back somehow a no refund came out of no where which seriously piss me off. By all means STAY AWAY FROM THE STORE! Please save your time and money

The Tobacco hut is your one stop shop for everything vape, tobacco, and anything in between. Let me start my review by saying the customer service is top of the line. If you have a certain brand of product you like they will order it for you. On top of that they give there customers deals on products that other shops would not. Furthermore they are always improving the stores environment and products. They have down to earth people that KNOW WHAT YOU NEED. Like I tell my friends, "Why Go anywhere else? ".
