Excellent service, plethora of options on all your vaping needs. The owner is a helpful and informative salesman. If they dont have something your looking for, they will order it to come in later that week. Prices are higher than online, as most brick and mortar shops are. But having that customer service, as well as the variety of juices, mods and accessories readily available in a great location makes the difference!

They have lots and lots of cool gadgets and they constantly get in new ones the employees are all really nice and I feel very comfortable here its clean and like every other smoke shop expect some decent markup. Thank you Thank You Thank You Tobacco Express

I went in the shop to check it out. I loved it HUGE selection and the LOWEST prices I have ever seen in the Rochester area. The staff answered all of my questions and knew what he was talking about. Stop in you will never go anywhere else again !!!!!!!

I havent used another smoke shop in 8 months. They carry top of the line products, with prices the cheapest of all of Rochester. Great customer service. You wont go anywhere else after. Its 20 minutes from me, and worth the drive every time.
