I am huge into customer service, to me bad costomer service can ruin everything. today was my first experience at dave and son. upon walking in I was immidatly greeted and asked if I needed any assistance. I told them I was looking for beard soap and a straight razor. they did not have the straight razor but they had something better. a straight razor you are able to change the blades on. I ended up purchasing both and I was kinda hesitant because of the price but bought it anyways. I can honestly say that it is the best razor I have ever bought!! I am very happy with the products I bought and the customer service!

I visited this store while on vacation and found it to be one of the finest pipe and tobacco stores I have ever seen. Tim at the counter was highly enthusiastic to teach about the different types of tobaccos in the shop and not in the condescending way often found in many other tobacco shops. He was a lot of help and a great teacher of the leaf. If you are considering visiting this shop, definitely dont let this one pass you by.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Very rude customer service, and not helpful at all. Given how they act, you would think they were selling the highest end cigars in the world. But, its a standard cigar shop with standard selection. That plus their rudeness is enough to ensure that I will never give them my business.

Absolutely amazing. Owner operated, established decades ago,but serves every customer like it was his first. Like a man cave store, half the store is a humidor. Everything from cigars, to knives, canes, beard/mustache care items, other manly trinkets. #manlymanstore

Great staff, they are very helpful and really know their stuff. I am a new pipe smoker and they set me up with everything i needed to start the hobby. Also, their Olde Brunswick blend is really good.

Best, most personal experience Ive had in a tobacco shop. The staff is very willing and knowledgeable. They also have an amazing selection of hand crafted tobacco and cigars, and pipes.
