This place is what it is, a tobacco sales shop, its mostly to get what you need, quickly, with a few golden nugget deals, if you go in with an attitude (much like a restaurant) youll recieve one, ive been going here off and on for a few years, theyre good to you if youre patient. I was actually there when this guy who commented (below this rating) came in, his issue was that he listened to another customers advice and held the store accountable for someone elses words. If your gonna buy something, look it over, be sure you want it, try it out a bit, but dont hate on them for trying to work around most, whom are looking for a freebie in this society of eggshell walkin, quick to complain sheeple. Give this store a shot, but know what your looking for, theyre not the greatest, but again, they do help you out in a jam, as best as they can. Thats my word. One love.

They wanted to charge me $30 for a pack of juul pods. They are $17 everywhere else, but jungle finally got the mango flavor in, so I figured Id swing by. My jaw dropped when I heard how much they wanted. The guy at the counter(who was new, hadnt seen him before) asked how much I get my pods for, then proceeded to tell me that pods have always been $30 there. Maybe since he started working there but thats not the case. This is price gouging clear and simple. If youre not making money off a product, dont up the price just because you know people arent willing to go a little further to pay half of what you charge, find a new product to sell. Unless they rectify this I wont be coming here again...

Are you joking? This place is ridiculous. The kids that are left in charge have there friends hanging out there and you just end up getting ignored. The so called manager looks about 15 years old with the personality of a rock. He has no knowledge of the products at all and does not really care if you are there or not. He actually seems annoyed that he actually has to work. I am pretty sure I woke him up when I came in last time. They are not cheap either. Avoid like the plague.

Went all over town looking for shisha and grommets for our hookah, after leaving one place where the counter guy was so stoned he barely knew where he was let alone what he was doing we came here. The guy (however young looking) was very cordial and knowledgeable. He was willing to offer some suggestions on new flavors to try. He had his very handsome dog in there who greeted us as we walked in, his name escapes me but he was sweet.

I spend a lot of money in this place and just dropped a $80 on a vape pen Christmas Eve and the burner doesnt work at all, so go back the day after Christmas to exchange or something, since I go in their and drop $100s all the time. But now they act like they cant do nothing...I wipe my hands of these scammers and I suggest you all go to Smoke Rings or Highlife they will look out for their customers

items are way overpriced.....purchased an item there..when i opened the package it was broken..probably a design flaw...instead of refunding my money ...he chose to try and blame me for breaking it...suggest you do your shopping somewhere else..if i could rate this place lower than 1 star i would..

DO NOT RECOMMEND. HIGHLY recommend Smoke Rings over Jungle Tobacco. Jungle tobacco has more to offer but smoke rings has better service and their products arent broken. Jungle will sell you a broken product and say they cant do anything about it. DO NOT GO
