Walked in front entrance with my yorkie for her grooming appointment, right at door some other persons dog came and bit and attacked my dog. The dog that attacked was on very long retractable leash while his owner was looking in different direction not even aware im fighting his dog off mine! What makes me angry, pet smart has my information, report made, you would think manager would call and at least ask how my dog is doing. Nothing. Absolutely never go there again, i have two dogs that get groomed and spoiled, u lost business pet smart.

I had a very nice and helpful associate wait on me today. She was friendly and knowledgeable about the fish I asked her about. She assisted me in making choices. I would 100% recommend Pet Smart in Dunkirk/Fredonia!

Ther are never employees around to help you out if you need something. I waited at the register 15minutes for someone to come to check me out.
