I bought a crate that had to be ordered and they told me it would be at the store Tuesday by 11. When I get there at 11 on Tuesday they tell me that the crate did not come on the truck and that it would be there Thursday around 9 or 9:30. So before I drive 45 minutes again to get a crate that is not there, I called, only to be told that the crate would not be there until 11, so to call then and make sure that it actually came. No offers to call me and let me know. Not very good customer service when it comes to recieving items that you have already paid for. She did upgrade me to the crate with 2 doors when i went in there Tuesday to pick up the 1 door crate. Although the 2 door crate was on sale for the same price as the one I already paid for, so it was not like she really did anything. Just order the different crate. I would not have minded that the crate didnt come on the truck. That is not really their fault (as long as they did order the crate in the first place) It is the fact that they really did not care whether I got my item or not. Just no it is not here, call again later. With a little bit more customer service and I would have been fine. They do seem to be a good place to get great dog food from. Just make sure they have the item you want in stock, or risk waiting around on them to get it to you at their convenience, without any care from them.

Terrible , unkind , NON pet loving place. I was in work related travel from miami to Florence , SC. And I had my 1,5 old raterier with me. A sweetheart. I wanted to be watch while am at work, I contact the nearest place Woofers . I didnt carry with me his vaccine records. And Sence he is an indoor pet I never put the raves vacvine. In the middle of the working day the nastiest lady call me on the phone , telling me that she is calling animal services becouse Max does not have record of vaccines. I beg not to do that I was not aware I needed , and to place give a chance to correct the issue as soon as done at work and I pick up Max Ill take him to the nearest vet and take care of it. Please dont do that is my boys dog , we love him very much. To my surprise the lady just keep yelling and treatning to call and give the dog away . Her words " I dont care , the gig needs to have the records to be here, if in 15 min I dont get this they will come and pick him up" I got to call the Sheriff, animal services and letting them know what this lady was duing. Thanks to rest of King animal loving people I have Max , and she was stopped from giving my dog away , after she accepted the puppy in the am not advising me about this. And taking my $. Worse person. Definitely needs to change jobs. NOT a fit

Ive worked in several kennels and spent a summer helping at Woofers. They are by far one of the best in the business. The staff are caring and put the health, safety, and comfort of the dogs first. The play and boarding areas are immaculately clean and the dogs are monitored very closely. The retail space offers some of the best products out there, and the staff are very knowledgable. I can be hard to please when it comes to leaving my dog, but Id leave him at Woofers in a heartbeat. I highly recommend them.

Our pup loves it here she doesnt even have a hesitation about going in she barely lets me get her seat belt off before shes trying to get out of the car the staff is wonderful and they know our pup just by her face the only time shes sad is when its time to go home Id recommend it to any fur baby parent

This place is the BEST. The staff is amazing, as is the facility, & all of the products sold there. My boxer has been going to Woofers for daycare since she was a puppy, and whether its for daycare, boarding, or a simple bath, there is nowhere else I would trust with my baby!

We have just had our dog, FooFoo,groomed and she looks great ! We have used other places (a national chain) and were not happy. Woofers does a great job and I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic staff and all new kennels for the overnight dogs. Huge play areas with pools. Staff stays outside playing with the dogs. Grooming area is large as well.
