Sold me an item I asked to inspect because a it had broken piece of glass in the box because it was the last item in stock they days it was good to purchase and nothing was wrong. Turns out that glass was supposed to be a quartz sleeve protecting a UV light bulb from water. I subsequently was electrocuted. Called the manager who told me it was partially my fault for buying something with a glass chip in it and it wasnt the the young employees fault because shes not used to selling UV STERILIZERs for fish tanks. Manager was rude even told me if I didnt have the receipt she said I wouldnt get a refund regardless of the electrical burn on my fingers. Rude, ignorant of the products they sell which mostly involve water and electricity. Be careful. Parking lot is rough and bumpy and is on a busy i90 entrance road. No auto doors no handicapped modifications to the store at all Many dead fish in a lot of tanks. Cats walking around. 2 of them bite even though they tell you to freely pet them because they are the stores pets not for sale or adoption.

Purchased two chihuahua puppies from here. Both of them have a health condition. One has heart murmur, other has a severe over bite. Lisa the store owner gave me a whole big speal that her dogs are champion blood lines and that she stands behind them 100%. I notified her about these issues, she recommended I take them to another vet before anything is done. I took both of them to another vet with the same results, also with the added cost of seeing two different vets. Spoke with Lisa about the same outcome and she refused to do anything. So please stay away from such a poorly run, consumer careless business. Shame on Just Pets for operating and selling unhealthy pets.

We purchased no one but two dogs from them, when we did they told us that if there was any reason we needed to return them that they would no questions asked. Turns out two puppies and a 4 month old baby arent easy to take care of all at once. We called about it they told us they would take the dogs but refused to give us anything at all back. Mind you this was after bar-raiding us to not leave the one puppy without its sibling. 650 for each dog, think about that for a moment. They want us to more or less donate 1300 to their store. If any of this sounds ok to you then by all means go there, I personally will never return if my life depended on it.

I would give this store 0 stars if that was possible, I worked there until I got fired for no reason at all!!! because the owner simply" didnt like me" and im a good person. From my experience I can honestly say that the manager is a miserable person who doesnt care about anyone including his workers. A lot of the staff members are very rude and the store isnt clean, products have dust all over them and most of the time fish have ICK!!! they have to constantly treat there sick tanks ...VERY bad quality of a pet store

I was scolded by the owner because he thought I left "a shitload of garbage" on his stores porch. Impossible, as I walked there with only my wallet, and left with only my wallet and a rat I purchased. Yelled at me in front of several people. very embarrassing. He is a prick, and I will NEVER shop at his store again. I cant believe a store owner would get in a customers face like that...

this is the Only pet store around this area and i feel very lucky to have it!! The staff is very helpful--always willing to help-- they have helped me many times with my sick animal. i love the fact that they have free range cats in the place--- it doesnt have that business feel to it--- its more like going to a friend for help. :)

Not sure why so many poor reviews. Ive been coming here for over 10 years. Great selection and prices for dry goods are cheaper than amazon. There has been an employee or two who were regularly quite rude but rarely even see them anymore. No saltwater tanks but its still my favorite pet shop.

As stated in other reviews, the customer service is not the best. Although listed as a pet store, this shop is more of an aquarium store with a good selection of fish to choose. The prices are fair and the fish are generally in good health. Overall a good store for the area.

Im mainly a fish guy they have some hard to find stuff, but really its worth the trip just to see their personal pets. Massive albino python and huge tortoises deffinitly awesome to see. But everything seemed healthy and well maintained

Service from one of the workers there (brunette lady probably in or around her 40s) was very very rude. Tried to buy a simple fish for a fish tank and acted very arrogant when asked a simple question. Will never go back again.

This store is so great. The prices are significantly better than any chain pet supply store, and the employees are very helpful. They also carry lots of specialty, high-end dog foods, which is perfect for my finnicky pups!

Im a fish guy. The fish are healthy and their tanks are well maintained. More than just fish their store has everything for a variety of pets. The prices are great and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Nice pet shop! Large variety of pet foods, treats, toys and treatments. Very helpful staff. Look for the huge pet tortoises, parrots and others.
