Very knowledgeable from customer service, dog grooming and training. Took our 2 year old dog to be trained and have had exceptional service. Prices for training and grooming are better than other pet boutiques in Pawleys island. We have tried other training options before at different pet boutiques in the p.I and Murrells Inlet area . We have tried the local bording facility said they would train our dog while he was being boarded and then when i called they always had a different person with no idea to what they were doing. The small group training at petco really worked for us. Trainer also gave us a private lesson.

Horrible customer service. Maybe they couldve helped but just didnt want to. Im glad you get paid to stand around and be less than knowledgeable about the products that you sell - NOT. Will be more than happy to drive to Myrtle to give someone else my business. A more qualified store. Thanks for nothing.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. No one ever answers the phone. The Manager actually told me there are no groomers available. Why is this store even here if they dont have adequate staff? Lets get a more competetent pet store in Pawleys Island.

Poor reptiles are kept in improper temperatures and humiditys. Baby ball pythons at 28 percent humidity and almost 100 degrees Fahrenheit. If you are going to kill the poor snakes please use a more humane method!

Love the clean store! It had just about everything I needed for my two new Chihuahua puppies. Also, the management and staff are very helpful and super nice. You can tell they love their jobs.
