Unfriendly staff, been in PetSmarts all over the US, as I travel with my job,this is by far the most unwelcoming, no greeting when you walk in, that I have experienced with all the others. Took my 2 dogs there, as we were walking a staff member approached us, looked at my fur babies as though they were intruders, as though there is no love of animals there, didnt see them interact in a friendly manner with others fur babies either, will not be going back there during my 13 weeks in this town.

All the PetSmart staff are very friendly. I did the Puppy Orientation and the trainer helped answer alot of my questions. My puppy, Deevo, has also been groomed twice there and it turned out awesome! Staff was very friendly and loving to my scared pup and knew the right things to do to help him relax! I left him treats and chew sticks for when he was in the cage waiting to be dried and they gave them to him. I highly recommend the grooming salon, workshops, and grooming classes.

Florence PetSmart is terrific. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. The customer service very good in all departments. The grooming salon staff is the best. My Labradoodle Maggie absolutely loves "getting her hair did" there.

Took my Yorkie puppy (almost 4 months old) to be groomed at petsmart for the first time. Marissa was her groomer and did an amazing job! Chloe looks so much better!
