Natural Dog on Lawndale Assistant Mgr Amanda is Horrible!!!! I purchased some dog treats the other day and one bag was spoiled. I have a special container for my dogs treats, so I opened the bags to place them all in there. To my dismay, one of the bags (the second bag I opened) was spoiled, that was mixed in with the other bag that I purchased. So on yesterday, I returned to the store with the two bags of Evangers treats I purchased ONLY to make another purchase of Primal Goat Milk and possibly something else. As I was explaining to one of the other employees regarding the "bad" treats and before I could then explain how I wanted to be made whole, Amanda an Assistant Manager off the top told me I could only get my money back for one bag of treats and not for both because I was the one who chose to contaminate the bag that was not spoiled. Long story short, Amanda is conducting herself in a very UNPROFESSIONAL manner and was VERY CONDESCENDING with the cadence of her tone!!! With her behavior, she should seriously think about a career change. Perhaps a career where she does not have to interact with the public because obviously she SEVERELY lacks the necessary skill set it takes to be "customer friendly". I myself became very upset where I had to raise my tone with her. Then, because I wrote a check, I was not able to receive my money back and that is NO WHERE printed on the receipt but rather on a sign near the register. If that is your check policy, then it would also need to be printed on the receipt. As a result, I felt I was relegated to being a "second hand" citizen rather than a patron that has patronized this proprietorship on several occasions. So much so, me and my husband had purchase accounts in their system. Needless to say and to temper the situation, I decided to bow out of the fight with Amanda and remove our names from their system as we will not be patrons of The Natural Dog in Greensboro or Winston-Salem for that matter. I have been a customer of All Pets Considered in Greensboro, NC for a long time and moving forward, they will get 100% of my business. I wish I could give this review less that one star because yesterday was by far, the worse exercise of customer service I have ever seen.

Great place to shop for my dogs who are like kids to me so what I feed them is very important the natural Dog has a large variety and great selection of products for dogs and cats of any breed plus convenient I work near by although I live far away the commute is always worth it I save shopping here the prices are lower than the competition Although I did have one bad experience in ordered dog tags with them threw the store for dingo but the issue is their communication with the comany must be off I waited a for dog tags just to call the store and ordered wasnt even faxed in mind you this is a week later and the company is fully aware that sometimes there faxes dont go threw nobody check within thay week so everything was faxed I received email confirmation waited 2 more weeks no tags call store offered to help called realized one tag was shipped but the other one never ordered store staff kind offered full refund just complained about making it out cash instead of debit which I didnt want to wait on at the end of the day the store is awesome for purchasing food but as far as ordering thing s from other vendors think twice save time plus money and order online I just figured it was be as easy as buying dog food also I didnt mention. The lady who rang me up also seemed to have a issue with my dog having a last name because her dog doesnt so what does that have to do with what I want on my dog tag

I went in to The Natural Dog store tonight because I recently got a pit bill puppy. I needed to get him some food and I wanted good quality food for him. The staff was very kind, professional, helpful and gracious. I thought the prices were extremely reasonable for what I was looking for. I didnt notice the prices much higher than Target and Walmart. Even if they had been I would say that the level of customer service would be well worth it. The staff that assisted me had knowledge, youre not gonna find that in the pet isle at a regular store. The girls not only had educational advice for me but also had personal experiences to guide me. Will definitely be back. I read reviews quite often, when Im researching something I want to purchase. However, I have never written a review but I wanted to recognize this store. Thank you!

The staff is really nice and the store is well kept. Prices are reasonable and the products are well varied. I decided to try their Self Service wash and the water pressure is so weak you spend forever trying to get your dog wet and then forever rinsing out the shampoo and conditioner. When I went their were dead fleas in the one of the other tubs. Not a huge fan of their self service wash, I will probably have better luck at home or at another self service wash.

This a great store, with fantastic products, and a very helpful staff. Youll never waste money at petsmart again, our whole family loves The Natural Dog! They have everything youll need for a happy healthy pup, with responsible product policies and better prices than the big stores. It is the only place we go for pet products. Highly recommended for all dog lovers.

We have a very finicky eater and I asked for assistance from one of the staff members. They talked to me for a while and gave me a large amount of samples to try with her. They were very friendly and helpful and with their help we have found a dog food that she will eat. It is nice to know true customer service exists. Thank you!

The staff here is wonderful. Their grooming dept is the only place I take my timid rescue who despises getting her nails did. The pet food selection is unmatched in the area. I highly recommend. They have a food purchasing reward system that is gives you a free bag after the purchase of so many.

Its quite expensive, but I witnessed an employee take a flogging that was unnecessary (nutty customer) and she handled it like a champ! The nutty lady put on quite a show. Wtg Natural Dog. Couldnt have held my composure.
