Exceptional fitting experience. I had previously used the Saratoga shop for repairs and was very happy with the service and was told about the new fit studio in Clifton Park. They know the technical and mechanical aspects of how to fit you to your bike but the owner and Master Fitter, Chris Pitts, has an *eye* for fit that is fabulous in that he can clearly see a lot of whats going on by watching you spin on a trainer. That eye, then used in conjunction with the pro fit bike and tools he has at his disposal, delivered me more comfort, endurance and power with no new bike hardware or accessories - just by tweaking the engine - me.

This shop is great. I came in with a buddy of mine for some new pedals. They gave me a very good price on them and even tightened up my back hub free of charge. Overall this is a very nice bike shop with very polite employees I definitely would go back again.
