Albert at Broadway Bicycle helped me find the right mountain bike which wasnt an easy thing. In the end I ended up with the Fuse expert which is worthy of the Specialized name. Albert also is ready to help at the drop of a dime and is always knowledgeable with expert advice. The service dept is one of the best, they recently completed the impossible and got my 1998 rockhopper trail ready again! If your looking for a great boutique bike shop backed by a Giant, look no further.

This is by far the best bike shop Ive ever been to. I had some new parts that I bought on my own and they let me use their tools and bike stand and showed me the proper way to install them. I also used Broadway for a tune up and their prices are fantastic. As for bikes their selection is awesome. They have both new and used bikes ranging from $250 to $2500. The staff was friendly and approchable. I will without a doubt go to this bike shop again for any bike needs.

Went to Broadway a few times and every time I left happy. I was looking for a bottom bracket tool for one of my bikes and they were the only shop within 30 minutes who had it. I went there last week to get a stuck seat post unstuck. I tried everything and was on day 3 and after ruining 1 pipe wrench and even twisting the seat post they took it and got it dont by the end of the day with tons of lube and heat. The guys are awesome down there

Best customer service! Came in to have a flat tyre checked out, got it changed in 20 minutes. Reasonable pricing as well. But the best part is I came in again two days later for the same problem. Despite not knowing who the fault was for the second flat tyre, they took responsibility for it and gave me another tyre change free of charge. Definitely a trustable place for people who know nothing about bikes, and wants honest service.

Went there with a flat on my ride home from work on my TREK and asked if they checked for the culprit. "YEP You are good" they say.... 3 hours later... another flat.... Glass was in the tire....They were nice and quick but lacked a bit of attention to detail... Luckily I got home but if I can find the issue shouldnt a bike store that repairs them have found it?

Really great service!! Best of bike shop in Albany, NY. If they dont have parts or components you need they can order it for you. They even teach you how to service your own bike as well with tools in their shop for free. Very friendly and approachable staff! Have bicycles ranging from $220 to $2,500+ and many many accessories you can bike from.

I was very underwhelmed by their bike tune up. They did not even wipe off the bike. If they had, they would have noticed other items. I was charged $193.21 for putting on tires, which are Continental Gatorskins, but I could not tell where they had done anything else to the bike. Wont be a repeat customer.
