My husband and I had a very negative customer experience after taking our bikes in for a full tune-up: it took 3 weeks to find a relatively minor problem with one (after it was attributed to the wrong bike, and quoted to replace parts that turned out to be fine), and multiple trips involved interacting with the lone employee in the shop, whom each time confessed to either not being that knowledgeable about bikes/mechanics or not being trained on operating the credit card reader. On a positive note, the employees were polite, but we felt that the inexperience, poor training, and length of time to get our bikes back showed that this store was not a priority for the owners, as we were told they have a larger store elsewhere.

What a lovely asset to Ballston Spa. Went in on a Sunday preceding Labor Day weekend to fix a broken brake on my bicycle. The representative at the store dropped what he was doing to greet us and assess the situation. Very courteous and honest; tune-up rates also reflect to be extremely reasonable. It is without a doubt that I will be returning here for future services of my bike and for new purchases. It can be hard to find somewhere dependable, competent and trustworthy and so I am particularly glad to have found a wonderful place for all my bike needs! I can not stress how honest of an establishment I have found this store to be.

Brought a bicycle rim in to have new spoke put on. I figured how busy can they be with bikes in December. They told me a day or so. Seven days later I picked up rim and went somewhere else. I heard more excuses than I have ever heard as to why it wasnt done. Cant imagine if it was summer. Do not bring your bike there for anything.

Stopped in to Collamer House Bike to look for a bike rack for 1-2 bikes and was able to get a Saris Bones rack for up to three bikes at a great price thanks to the great staff there! Cant wait to mount it on my car and head out for a ride!
