Nightmare - the car a 2004 hyundai was listed at 4995 . they sold it to me at 5500.00 the internet price was 4995.00 they added a service contract for 2400.00 - the window is still broken they tried to fix it twice - not good - check engine light came on after 2 days and heat and or ac is on all of the time the payments are 252.00 over 4 years making it 12000.00 I took off the service plan and want the monthly payments lowered - they pocketed the 750.00 cash deposit - did not tell me they added a 165.00 delivery fee - i have contacted better business bureau , attorney general , consumer affairs , consumer protection , governor , congressman , newsday and news 12 - i want them to pay my mechanic to fix the window - i also would like my 750.00 they stole from me - do not deal with these crooks and thieves - i was a fool and trusted them 2 days later I have problems - now i am taking it to my attorney - they also use credit acceptance that has terrible reviews and makes you life a living hell if you are one day late - apex also wants the names of 5 of your friends to harass them to get you to pay - please stay away .

I work extremely hard to make a living, and needed a car. I dont have a lot of extra money to throw around, but wanted to find something that fit my needs, worked well, and I felt good about driving. I did a TON of research. Looked at hundreds of cars online, and went to multiple dealers. One of my last stops on my search was Apex Auto as it was near a couple of other used car dealers. I spoke with both Cal and Ali. Both were gentlemen and not your typical "hard selling" car salesmen. They helped me find a car in their inventory that met my needs. Through the whole process they made me feel comfortable, as well as my Dad. They were willing to work with me to help me afford the Toyota Sienna I bought, and I am very happy driving it. When I came home with the car my whole family came out to see it. They were wowed by how clean and polished the car was. For someone that could not afford a new car I had that new car feeling. Thanks Apex Auto for making the car buying experience go smoothly. I would recommend any one to check out their website, and meet the staff and salesmen in person- they are top notch.

Dealing with used car buisiness is always a crap shoot until I happened opon the guys at Apex. When I got there (without) an appointment the door was locked so I figured I would call to see what the deal was, and was pleasantly surprised when a very nice guy procceded to tell me that he was very sorry for not being there and that he would be back from the detailer in 20 minutes so I waited and he was back shortly , he introduced himself and was very accomadating to my needs I had a specific car I wanted to see and he dilegently moved 3 other cars to get mine out of the inclosed garage . Surprisingly honest and straight forward is how I would desribe my experience I was treated with as long as I wanted test drive (on my own) unheard of , the volvo turned out to be a great buy for my daughters first car not only was it very fairly priced they topped it off by putting on new tires (the ones on the car would have passed) so in closing I would highly recomend checking these guys out they also have a great website I will be back for future vehicles !!!!!

My Worst Nightmare - My name is Christian Nielsen - the car a 2004 hyundai sonata seemed fine for 4995.00 - they charged me 5500.00- they also put on a service contract for 1550 but in reality coast 24000.00 as per contract - the window had to be fixed twice - the car needs shocks and brakes and the check engine light is on - they took 750.00 deposit that i can not account for - I would like my 505.00 back and have my mechanic fix this nightmare at there cost . I have contacted - governor cuomo , congressman tim bishop , assemblyman , District attorney , motor vechicles - consumer affairs and the better business bureau- Do Not Deal with them - they are good at there game and you will be taken advantage of . I Know I am a customer . but they are there just to rip you off - I have notified every state agency - governer , congressman , assemblyman , BBB consumer affairs , attorney general , motorvechicles , district attorney , news 12 and news day

This was my first time ever buying a vehicle from a used car lot and I was not sure what to expect. I will admit I had done my homework on my intended vehicle a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab and when I got there she looked as good as the pictures from the web site. I met a nice gentleman who handed me the keys and left me alone to look her over. I liked what I saw and asked to take a test drive and plates went right on and I took a half hour ride by myself. I came back very happy and after some negotiation we agreed on a price and they took care of registration, inspection and even put the plates on for me. This was all done in 4 hours and I drove off with my new ride. I highly recommend Apex Auto and their GREAT selection of vehicles as well as their friendly staff.

This was a great experience buying from them. The Toyota pickup that I bought from them runs like a charm. The price was very fair and it was great that they were able to pick me up so that I could drive the car home. All the paperwork was taken care of efficiently and the vehicle was inspected and in good working order. I highly recommend them to those who need to buy a good used car. They are honest and want to sell a vehicle in good working order.
