What do you dislike about Lee Partyka Chevwhere do i begin, first day i was humiliated by the salespeson joel peterman when he asked if there was money in the bank when i pesented him a check to hold the car of my choice. As Hispanics me and my wife were greatly offended, we did not hear any of the other customers who were white asked that question. After days of negotiating with them for a chevy equinox 2012 lt1 they finally agreed on a monthly payment of 605. When went to sign off on sales slip which i asked them numerous times if they sure we were bank approved for loan they kept saying yes and showed us the vehicle we were approved for. Once again while papers were being prepared, me and my wife were insulted again, by the same sales person showing her the xm stations and saying that hshe can listen to "SPANISH STATIONS" AND PRESET THEM. after we signed off on car and paid down payment amount we were given the keys, all appropriate paperrwork listing the car in our names. Now two days later after trying to verify my employment which should of been done before i was told to sign and pick up car that the bank wanted to break contract. They threatened me to bring back car immediately, i told the finance manager Frank, i was with wife at her doctors appointment he told me i better get the car back to him within an hour or he would call the cops. Told him i would be there later to rectify any problems there may be. Come to find out that the same finance manager called my mother in laws number impersonating a police officer andd thrreatening to lock up my wife for fraud and that she signed my motherr in laws name on the contract. Funy thing is is that she never co signed or had nothing to do with car loan. As i made it back to dealer they then proceeded to lock in the car which i owned with a big dump truck. i also find out that p[olice were never called. I was meet up by a very confused asst manager cause the people who made the calls and threats all of a sudden disappeared. must of been quittting time for them hmmm. After the asst manager told me he was called in to assist with the situation we sat down and very calmly explained everything that had gone on. He was very confused and when i showed him email documents and constant harrassing phone calls every 7 minutes while at wifes doctor appointment he became very annoyed with his people. He tried to rectify the situation by offering a solution to us keeping the car after he noticed that everything was done incorrectly as far as paperwork. We told him no we had been left with the worst car buying experience possible. to make things worst the fake police call by them had put my mother in law in the hospital with her heart condition because she thought we were getting locked up. Nothing but liars and deceptions and prejudice people. Funny thing is is that the original manger who called me was white and the poor asst manager who was black was dumped on with this problem that he knew nothing about. Robert negron

So I walked into the dealership. Wilson gave me an amazing hood and trunk, easily the best hood and trunk In car sales history. I was blown away at his ability to go over all of the key features of the Mazda 3 Grand Touring. We sat down and filled out the guest sheet, and I happily gave him all my information so he can log me into his auto base. That was splendid. He did offer me hot chocolate, and it was probably the finest car dealership hot chocolate that has graced my lips. It was absolutely divine. After having several cups of complementary hot chocolate heaven, Wilson and I proceeded on a test drive. I could hear the amazing purr of the machine I was getting ready to acquire. Its elegance, design and allure was enough to make my heart melt. As I drove this masterpiece, I can feel it tightly holding the corners as if I was just born and my mom was holding me tight in her arms. Its acceleration was just orgasmic, and the incredibly responsive sport mode just made me giggity. I thought to myself, WOW, this machine is as cool as the other side of the pillow! We arrived back at the dealership, my palms sweaty, and completely captivated by this wonderful piece of technology. Wilson gave me nothing short of the best service walk of any dealership Ive been to, and it wasnt even close. His distinct ability to instill extreme confidence in the service departments ability to resolve any and all issues with my vehicle was supremely comforting. We then shared a passionate stare, as to let each other know we were on the same page with this vehicle purchase. Lets just say when he penciled the sale, there was no hesitation to say yes, almost as if the car proposed to me. I knew at that time I had made the right decision. Bobby did an amazing job Simonizing™® my new bride of a vehicle and it looked like an imposing machine brought back down from the heavens. Thank you Wilson, wherever you may be, for making this one of the best experiences of my life!

The only reason i give one star is b/c the staff seems very friendly on the phone. I purchased a 2016 Subaru STI from them that was described by 3 people as like new, and in more detail by my sales guy that it only had small rock chips on the front bumper (normal). It was listed with only 5800 miles and was never told that it actually has 6100, which I was disappointed to see however, it only got worse from there, it was past the oil change interval and 1 full quart low on oil. Do they even inspect these cars before they let their customers take delivery? In addition to some small acceptable blemishes on the bumper, there was a large section of paint missing where the bumper appears to have scraped a curb tearing into the polyurethane of the bumper. The passenger side doors have both been repainted (noticeable) and despite their full detail before the car was shipped to me, the interior was covered in white dust which I can only assume is from when it was in the body shop. The rear bumper has been touched up where someone backed into something almost in line with where the rear view camera is mounted. And the most unacceptable part, the driver front wheel has impacted something hard enough to bend it and remove a chunk of the sidewall of the tire. Is it acceptable to drive my family around in this car? I pointed out all of these things and a few more to my sales guy 3 times now since August 12th 2016 with no reply or phone call. I would be extremely cautious when buying a car from them.

I am a student and own a Chevy Aveo and needed my brakes to be replaced along with checking my engine light. When we came there for a scheduled service, the service people who were supposed to take care of your car were not even there. they had no idea about the scheduled service at all and wasted our time, since we had to wait for hours to get the car in. After they quoted $1500 for just breaks replacements (which I can do myself in an hour) and told us that the engine light were "fumes in the tank", which was a complete lie as it turned out. They quoted only one hour of labor orginaly, but when it was time to pay it turned out to be 3 hours more!! And for what to change the breaks and fix the "fumes in the tank"? I call it a total rip off. After the service we drove the car back and started hearing noises coming out of the hood we havent ever heard before. The check engine light was back on. When we tried to ask them to check what was wrong, they refused and quoted us another $315 to just check. Its unbelievable and unheard of. Sure if own a new and expensive car you perhaps wouldnt care about overcharges, but med students certainly cant afford it. This was the last time we went there. Stay away from this place if you dont want to be overcharged and pay for labor thats never been done and then deal with rude management.
