Silly me. I felt if I went to the newly opened Ford Truck dealer, I would receive better service than the one in Queens. It is just as bad, if not worse. I brought my truck into the place for repairs and service. 6 weeks later they still have the pick up truck. Ford makes a really bad product. If you are going to buy a pick up or any other truck, I would look at other options before buying a Ford, or using Gabriellli. I am definitely going to do so. Staff not friendly.

Gabrielli trucks not perfect but better then most! Sales, Service, Part all under one roof! They also have been expanding into Rentals & Leasing! I have been renting from Gabrielli to great successes! They have an amazing rental rep their, Steve Urban who will go the extra mile.
