Sold me a lemon the was acting up as soon as I drove it off the lot. Had to return it the next day where berry promised to have the problem fixed in a few days , only to return to the car not being able to start at all and resulted in the car staying at auto world for 2 weeks to be worked on however he did give me a replacement car until my car was ready. They didnt want to take the car back over a period of a year I had numerous problems with the car and spent lots of money for it to be worked on outside of auto worlds shop. If I knew then what I know now I would have never purchased a car from there and always bring a Mahcanic to check ur car for u especially if your a women ! DONT SHOP HERE RUN THE OTHER WAY

Dont EVER buy anything from this dealership....not even a keychain, as it may break as well. My husband bought a car from here no less than a month ago, and RJ takea his payments but never wants to hear his complaints and always leaves so he doesnt have to be bothered. They only give you a 30 day/1000 mile warranty ("which ever one comes first"). The mechanic sucks at his job, and the owner, Barry, is even worse. He pretends that he doesnt understand what youre referring to. Orders the wrong parts purposely, and never owns up to his cars being LEMONS!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

I also bought a car that was acting up and barry lewis charged me to replace the parts and labor and it wasnt even 30 days. the car ended up being a lemon and i took a hit for thousands. i would not recommend this place to anyone. save your money and go elsewhere. if any questions feel free to comment and ill reply. ill be watching reviews to see if anyone else had a issue with autoworld in west haven ct. again, do not buy a car from there. he sells lemons. i have a receipt for parts and labor cost dated less then thirty days when i bought it if anyone needs to see also
