Bought a car about a month ago paid 12 cash and two weeks after the starter went. I was told the warranty can work anywhere witch was a lie and my car would not start and I did not have 400 bucks to tow it to them. They told me to get it towed and they will see if the warranty will cover well I could not tow it for 400 and worry about them not fixing it if it did not cover and paying 400 to get it back so I had to pay to replace starter and battery. Now it is a month I have had it and its having serious eltrical problems my car stals out when I stop and still having problems starting . I am very hurt buy this matter Im a single mom and that was all my savings I spent on a car that I was told was amazing. I will be there this weekend with a auto mechanic to try and get this matter fixed if not I will be in that court room asap. 2009 black dodge journey.

I bought a used car here and the service was immaculate, I only had my car 4 months and realized that for 2 months i was driving my car with a bad engine, the cost of the vehicle was $5000.00 and they wanted to charge me $2000.00 for the engine- the worst par is i owed $900 on it and because i decided i would get it fixed somewhere else they illegally repoed my car and wont let me get my belonging - i advise you to go somewhere else they are super nice in the beginning then they fu** you over once purchase is made - please dont go through what i went through save your money and go else where.

Purchased an older 2003 Expedition from Auto Fair since I needed a special Heavy Duty Tow package that their vehicle happened to have. As can be expected with a vehicle that old I did find a few issues that I thought needed to be taken care of. I took it into them and left it to be fixed. Not only did they fix everything I asked them to but they found two other issues that would be a problem soon and fixed them as well, all under warranty. They have been very professional during the whole process. I highly recommend them.

How can we only give 5 stars when this dealership deserves 10 positive stars. The owners, salesmen and service staff are all exceptional and quite frankly have remained the same since the 1st vehicle we bought here 7 or 8 years ago which proves the integrity and reputation. The vehicle we bought today is the 5th our family has purchased and we wouldn’t consider looking nor buying elsewhere. The relationship is so trustworthy in that we also do not want our vehicles serviced anywhere else! Thank you again

Overall a Very Positive experience! They happened to have the exact vehcile I was looking for in the right color too! Not only the vehicle I bought, but all of the vehicles were in excellent condition. I had a few minor service conercerns shkrtly after purchase, but the service department got me in the same day anf resolved my concerns the first time! I would and have recommended Auto Fair Inc to family and friends. An overall positive experience. Thank you Auto Fair, you will see me again for sure!

I bought a jeep wrangle about two weeks ago from theis guys and let me say that all of the staff are very wounderful they dont pressure you to buy a car and when you have questions about it they answer anything and everything and they have car fax to back it up with john is great and the owner bill sr and his son bill jr are awesome I had a great experience with them and I live all the way in Massachusetts but it was all worth it and I love my jeep wrangle

My family has been receiving service and purchasing used vehicles from this family run business for more than ten years. We could not be more satisfied. The courtesy of their employees and always making you feel like family is so welcoming. Their pricing is always reasonable whether its purchasing or a repair. They over charge in dealership fees. Then they give you a bogus two month warranty which does NOT include things like brake issues or if your visor is broken!! I'm paying $10,000 for my car with basically no warranty! I would say never ever buy a car from them. Search around, weigh better options.

Fantastic service from the beginning to the end Mr. Louis is decent gentleman who took care of me. They all are professional people. It was great experience bying a car. They sell the vehicle confidently and make you feel confident buying a vehicle because they believe in their excellency.

Extremely pleasurable experience. Dealership bent over backwards to get me financing and even a payment that was comfortable on the actual vehicle I wanted to buy. I didnt have to settle for a vehicle I didnt want. Awesome Chevy Avalanche!!! Will never buy from another dealer again!

Very bad place. They do the best when theyre trying to sell you the car but once sold theyre different. especially the auto workshop guy, cockiness through the roof and doesnt really offer help on their sold vehicle at all when given warranties by themselves.

dont ever purchase a car from these people they are rude nasty and liars, i purchased a car and with in 6 months my car broke down when i went back to have it fixed they denied me and said they were not going to fix my car

I bought a car and they told me it was in excellent condition. It wasnt. After a short time I had to spent a lot of money. They told me the car had all the works. It wasnt true. I do not reccomend autofair west haven.
