I bought a Lincoln from here, the owner Bob assured me the car would be serviced before I picked it up. Had the car for one day and not only did the passenger window fall off track but the car also jerked really hard when put in reverse. Mind you Im a 27 year old female with two children and that was my very first car purchase. I told bob before I paid for the car that I was looking for a safe vehicle and explained the type of work I did. He reassured me the car was ok. When I brought the car back to fix the things that went wrong he took it back with no problem but had it for two weeks claimed the problem was fixed so when I went to pick it up the window was not fixed he claimed he didnt know it was broken but notice the peice of carboard I used to prop it up and was wondering why it was there. So two days after picking up the vehicle the jerking was still there and my car would not accelerate and transmission fluid was pouring out the car while I was working and had my client in the vehicle. So I did a lot of back and forth with him. Now four months later my engine is completely gone, I have to replace it and I spent all my savings on the car $7000, I dont have the money to fix and now I dont have a vehicle for work. since I bought the car Ive been thru nothing but hell I had to replace the tires fix the back light, and new brakes. just an all out horrible experience with this dealer. Understand they are USED CARS but no car should be sold under those conditions from a DEALER. Bob u totally took advantage of me!!!

They sold me and my girlfriend a lemon!!! They totally scammed Us! First they over charged us $3,000 over kelly blue book value! They pushed a car on us we didnt want, and said we had to take it, or nothing else! Amd they blamed it on our finance company. We had the car for 3 months and the transmission went! I told North Easts personal mechanic Joe that I heard a sound coming from the engine after having the car for 3 days! The mechanic looked at the car and said there wasnt anything wrong with thr car! I went back for diagnostics several times after with the same answer! Now the transmission went, and they had us bring the car in for their mechanic to look at! Then had my car TOWED!!!!! SO NOW WE PAID $300 TO GET IT OUT OF TOWING! PLEASE DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS, nowwe owe $17,000 to a finance company, and NORTHEAST wont return our calls! Dont do business with them!!!! They will screw you over!!!!!! Like they did us!!!!$!

Northeast Motor Car in Hamden, CT I called about a vehicle I was interested in on a Friday went up that Saturday fell in love with the car AND the two gents and so I purchased the vehicle. Very, very professional, not pushy, no rush, answered ALL my questions made me feel very comfortable and secure on my purchase. I told them my budget and what I was willing to pay monthly AND they made it happen including my warranty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT your average pushy, rude just want to make a sale- salesman - the total opposite. Thank you guys!!!!!!! I am IN LOVE with my Lincoln MKZ smile emoticon:) Much luck and prosperity to you both

My mother bought a car from them. They made it seem like they would buff out the "superficial" scratches and detail the inside for her. When she came to get the car they told her it was sold before and had already been detailed. The inside is dirty and the scratches are still very noticeable. Not to mention my husband attempted to buy a vehicle from them. They frowned on our deposit amount and they told him they would call him back and never did. I found out people give $500 to hold vehicles there and we offered more. Thank you Auto Sales for the bad service otherwise we would not have found a better dealer and better service.

Hands down the friendliest and lowest pressure dealership Ive ever dealt with. My wife and I had been looking for a car for weeks, and we stumbled upon Northeast Motor car through some searching on google. They had the perfect car for us at a GREAT price. They were incredibly accommodating to our schedule, even staying past closing to talk with us and help us feel comfortable with our purchase. We will definitely consider them again in the future for future automobile purchases.

If your looking to rebuild they can get you an approval. Cars have low miles. But you can find that any used car dealership. Math and manny dont communicate well at all! I had a car under deposit & they sold it right under my nose didnt even mention it. Had me waiting for days for a response and if I didnt call them they would have just swept me under a door mat. If your looking for folks that really take pride in what they do this isnt the place at all. Just keeping it real.

Got a jeep her is was dirty had to do an oil change 3 days later had no antifreeze had to get my brakes done 2 weeks later. All my tires plus spare had cracks and worn unevenly and my e brack does not work properly
