I recently saw a vehicle online that I was interested in taking out for a test drive. I submitted a inquiry online one evening, by noon the next day I had received a phone call from David "Internet Dave" Simonin asking me if I would be interested in test driving the vehicle that Sunday. I scheduled an appointment for later that day. After test driving the vehicle I completely fell in love with it. The entire staff that was working that Sunday was extremely friendly; they had offered me some pizza that they had ordered for lunch. They gave me a great deal on my current vehicle that I was trading in and using as my down payment. I had explained to Dave and Chris Deluca (finance manager) that I needed my payments to be at a certain amount and if it was any higher than I was not able to make the deal. They worked with me all the way to get me to where I needed to be. Dave and Chris were very flexible with getting everything finalized between my mothers and my very hectic work schedule. When they were writing up the purchase order I had requested to have a remote car starter added to my vehicle. We then found out that the remote car starter would not be compatible with my vehicle. The service department had tried every option they could think of, when Internet Manager Ray Rivera found out they were not able to install the remote car starter he offered to have customized pin strips added to my vehicle at no extra charge. I feel that Ray went out of his way making sure that this happened for me. Since the very first moment that I stepped foot in Stephen AutoMall Centre the entire staff was very friendly and professional and treated me as family. To Sum up my wonderful experience at this dealership, I would like to say i enjoy my 2012 Scion TC very much, And i would not be this happy and satisfied without the wonderful help provided by Dave ( sales person ) Chris ( in finance) Ray ( internet manager) And Katie (internet customer rep.) From start with emails to Katie on the internet to signing the final paper work with Dave and Chris , I AM 100% satisfied and my future cars will DEFIANTLY be bought from this dealership. THANK YOU for all your hard work Stephen AutoMall Centre Sincerely John Burns

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE - I recently saw a car online that I was interested in at this dealer and called to see if it was still available. The customer service rep said yes and I scheduled an appointment. I met with the Sales Consultant and was asked the standard buyer questions. When it came time to test drive, the consultant went to get the keys and when he came back, told me that a deposit had been put on the car the day BEFORE and it was schedule to be delivered THAT DAY! Immediately he proceeded to mention other cars available but I told him I called about that car only and couldnt believe neither him nor the customer rep didnt call me back saying it wasnt available before I drove a ways to their dealership. I left immediately. I received a phone call from the sales consultant later that night letting me know that the original buyer had backed out of the deal and the car was still available. I then received a call a couple days later from the customer service rep apologizing for what happened and letting me know that the car was still available. I decided to call back and schedule a test drive later on that day after work. When I arrived, I spoke with another customer rep and she proceeded to inform me that the original buyer went through with the purchase the DAY BEFORE and the car was ALREADY DELIVERED. Are you kidding me? Not once but twice I spoke to the same people and they screwed up that basic information for the customer inconveniencing me with a drive all the way back?? I spoke to them literally 3 hours before the scheduled test drive and they didnt have the decency to call me back saying that it wasnt available? How do you "not know" basic activity like this on your inventory? Completely unacceptable and unprofessional! Dont be surprised if you call this dealership and the car they said was available on the phone suddenly isnt when you get there. If youre looking for a dealership that uses sleazy tactics like this to get customers into their store for any sale, then this is the place for you, otherwise DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME!!!

WOMEN BEWARE! Every time I take my 01 Avalon in for a recall or oil change, because I have a coupon, at check out, it needs $$$ in additional repairs. Always happens... I decided to have my husband take it in when I got a graduating coupon and have it get a full check up and inspection. $400+ later the car was great! Ready to go for the next few thousand miles. About a month and 50 miles later, I got a coupon for $20 for any service. I realized the car needed an oil change. I took it in and had the service done. At checkout, I paid about $9 for the oil change BUT, I needed $450 IN ADDITIONAL REPAIRS. One repair was $150 to replace a cracked engine mount. The service writer even pulled out his phone AND SHOWED ME A PICTURE!!! I got suspicious when he had to search for the JUST recently shot picture on his phone. I took it to my regular mechanic. THEY SAID, if an engine mount cracks, you have to replace them all. They put the car on the computer and put the car up on the rack and searched for the highly visible crack that the dealer showed me. They couldnt find ANY cracks. They said the car will need the other service that the dealer recommended, but only eventually (at 2/3 the dealer price). FINALLY, my mechanic said the front struts where showing the first signs of leakage, but again, not urgent. The Toyota dealer missed that entirely during TWO multi-point inspections performed in about 4 weeks. By the way, BT Pearson, went through the car, said nothing needed to be done right now and CHARGED ME NOTHING.

Was the best experience Ive had car shopping to date. I had been looking online and at other dealers for a used/certified pickup for about 3 months. I found the 2010 Tacoma, Certified online. When I called to check, the price was as advertised online. I filled out the online credit app and I got a Call and Email from Dave. I told him I wanted to make sure they could finance me and at what rate before coming in to look at the truck. They called back a couple hours later and said they could give me x rate.(was much better than my bank had offered me) When I visited later that day Dave gave me all info, even printed out the full carfax report for me. It was ready for me to look at and test drive. Was as described. We agreed on the price and that I would come pick it up the next morning. In the morning I found that they had actually gotten me 1/2 a point better on the financing! A word on that. Ive got some hiccups 3 or 4 years back on my credit report but Alana (who was doing the financing) took the time to look at my whole credit history and talk to me about it and was able to get me a great rate. I cant speak to what it might be like to come in off the street and not know what car you want, but I was extremely y pleased with everyone that I worked with there. It was no pressure, very laid back and they laid out more info then they really needed to which I greatly appreciated. Will suggest to family/friends and also visit again when I am ready to trade in on a new 4wd in a few years. -Travis
