Took my 2011 Grand Caravan in during August for a steady check engine light. I am a first time customer as I live many towns away but Mitchell has a very good reputation. The service people did an excellent job identifying a problem with the two-stage oil pump sensor ($$$ ouch) and gave a very detailed service plan for replacing the oil pump (the only fix) and a few other things needing attention. Prices were not unreasonable. In response to a nice follow-up email I emailed back to the service manager to ask a question and request an appointment but in spite of all the emails they send me, apparently they dont read those coming in. No big deal--I will call and make an appointment to get this work done. I have checked with a few Dodge dealers closer to me and after comparing, feel Mitchell really is the best around.

Brought my Ram 3500 in for a recall. Followed the service writers instructions to leave all the equipment in my truck. Apparently the shop foreman didnt like that so I had to go pick up the truck to remove a toolbox. The service writers offered to help but the service manager was so incredibly rude and refused. She refused to make it right. I would have hoped for a free oil change or something seeing as how I had followed their directions. She obviously does not know what customer service is. This wasnt a matter of the customer is always right, this was a matter of following her shops instructions to then get slapped in the face. I can unfortunately but honestly say I would never go back. On top of that I got my truck back with grease on the door, the hood, and inside the truck on the door.

I had been looking for a new charger for several months. My online searches brought me to Mitchell in Simsbury. I began working with JP over the phone who patiently worked with me on all possibilities from leasing to buying new and/or used. Eventually I had the opportunity to work with Stewart and several others at the dealership. I found them to be incredibly professional, courteous and low pressure. It was a very positive experience. I would recommend giving them an opportunity to work with anyone considering a purchase. I picked mine up yesterday.

the best car buying experience one could hope for. i have been to several other dealerships in the state and none were this easy to work with. they did not bait me with a price i could not afford to have me settle on a used vehicle, the price listed online was what i got. the staff stayed late to finalize the sale and in no way made myself or my wife feel rushed. the staff is pleasant and professional. my wife is not a dodge fan but would consider buying one from them because of how we were welcomed and assisted by the staff.

Great customer service; J.P. Dragon is an amazing exceptional Salesman who was friendly, knowledged and easy to work with! I had been to two dealers with not so great sales staff or practices to make the customer feel valued until arriving at Mitchells. Between JP, Dominick; and the nice detailer; I will be returning from my home in Marlborough to Mitchell in Simsbury. Brought my used Jeep in for a "health assessment", and while I knew that there were going to be a lot of little details that needed attention, Paul at the desk helped itemize and prioritize the work as "must fix", "should fix", and "can wait". He also kept me fully aware of the costs of everything, so I could budget accordingly. Didnt even ask for a loaner, but when the brake work proved to need more time to repair, they offered right away. Perfect!

First of all, Shashona, the saleswoman there was the only one that called back right away out of all the local dealerships that I called. That right there is a step above all others. Then she did the required research on the model that I wanted and I walked out with a car. She was very informative without being overbearing as with the typical sales person approach. Overall an excellent experience.

Brought my truck in twice for oil changes. Staff are great, but I waited a long time for an oil change. I would recommend leaving your vehicle. I will next time or get a better idea of the true wait time. My appointment was at 730 but didnt leave until after 9 which is a long wait for oil and rotating tires. Other than the experience with the oil change waits, its a good place to go.
