bad experience. ordered swim apparel late august through daughters swim team, was supposed to be delivered late September. All other orders came but ours. I was told my credit card was denied so they didnt process our order, or even call to notify me that they were not ordering our items. My credit card was NOT denied, there was a charge for full amount on card on day of purchase. I had to physically go into store to show proof of charge on my statement, I was told on a Monday it was re-ordered and was hoping to possibly have it by Friday. Friday is today, store closes at 3pm. I called to see if it ha arrived and left a message, but no call back either way to say it is there or not there. so meanwhile the rest of the swim team proudly wears their swim apparel, and we have nothing. no coat, no shirt, no call, just a charge to my card. POOR BUSINESS. So buyer beware, you may or may not get your items. they will not call you if they decide not to process your order, as I was told they are simply too busy to do such. customer service is not something this business knows much about.

I have placed many orders for both personal and business here and have ALWAYS had a great experience with Ultimate Sports & Apparel! They work with you to make sure you get exactly what you want! We have loved every single item we have ever gotten, whether screen printed or embroidered, they are always PERFECT! And we have always gotten our stuff at the time it was promised! Honestly a HUGE step above the others! Too much good to mention... you have to check them out for yourself! You wont be sorry!

I love shopping at Ultimate Sports and Apparel. The staff is always so lovely, helpful and super knowledgeable! I went in to get shirts for my bridesmaids for my wedding and I LOVED how they turned out--I was even able to customize them! I got the order earlier then expected and everything was beautiful. My husband even did coolers embroidered for his groomsmen...there is nothing this company cant do!! Just ordered shirts for the staff at my school...also VERY happy customers! Love it here; I wouldnt go anywhere else for my apparel needs!!!!

BAD BUSINESS. People like to support local businesses but sometimes you have to go a little further out of your way to be happy. Shop around, but dont shop at this place. There is no customer service in this store. Too many bad things to mention. The bad out weighs the good. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else before you become the next victim of bad business at USA.
