There was an early private opening for the store. It seemed much larger than the Towson store, and VERY well stocked. I bought some nice spring and summer dresses. I was quite pleased with my findings. I went back on opening day with my mother. The store employees were extremely helpful, and friendly as the day before. The store was very crowded, but everyone seemed to be enjoying their shopping experience. We were offered candy while we waited in the long ck-out lines. I will definitely shop there again, because I have more to choose from. Towson has always looked like a bargain basement, thats going out of business (so incredibly empty). Its brighter and more upbeat than the Rt. 40 store. Im happy the Mondawmin area has this nice new store. Ive made recent telephone inquiries to the store, and my opinion hasnt changed. Their staff is extremely pleasant, knowledgeable on merchandise, and very professional.

Remember that this is a Ross. That being said, I have been to them all over the country. This is one of the better ones. The dressing rooms were new and had tall doors which none of the others Ive visited have. I found a pretty good selection, especially for a new store and there were actually enough associates at the register so I didnt have to wait in line forever. The womens shoe selection for 10+ was lacking, but it will grow. Just remember that its a Ross - not Neiman Marcus. This one definitely gets a thumbs up!

Ive been calling Ross two weeks straight about a job, the manger John kept telling me to call back every time I called back he says I havent pulled any applications yet. Call back at the end of the week Remind you Ive been calling 2weeks straight. The end of the week comes he tell me he NOT hiring at the time. Very unprofessional & disappointed smh.
