Horrible customer service they double charged my card , make sure you check your receipts I was told they would reverse one of the charges and never did I called them three days in a row and each time they took my number and said they would call me back and didnt In the third day the person I spoke to was very rude. Calling hon and sweet heart telling to calm down . They asked for my phone number a third time to "look into it again" and that it was only 30 dollars no to get upset about. I dont care what the amount was they double charged me and told me they would refund the money Needless to say I didnt get my money back from them and had to go through my bank They do not know the meaning of customer service and seems they were hoping I would just give up on having my money returned as after being told numerous times they would reverse the charge they didnt I was spending my hard earned money there every week I will not spend a dime there now and will make sure everyone I know doesnt either There are plenty of pet stores that treat their customers with respect

Awesome place! Had my son with me in his car seat so one of the workers actually carried the big bag of dog food I purchased to my car for me. Really helpful caring staff. Prices are the best Ive seen I wont be going anywhere else but here

The store has a wide variety of pet items. The prices can get a little expensive but its worth it for the convenience. The staff is nice and helpful.
