My daughter and I went to pet quarters in waterville maine on12/10/16 around 5 pm to pick up stuff for my new kitten which was a maine.coon the lady that we we getting the kitten from was gone meet us there to get the cat in the process of transferring the to my car she escape it was very cold out that night about 13above the 3 girls that were working that night molly Izza and Brittney we so helpful and caring in trying to get my cat after the store closed they help look for the kitten until 930pm this tells me these girls work in the right place I want the person or persons who owns this store that they have the best the next day the kitten was found behind the building by girl that had given her to me I want to thank everyone who help in the search from the bottom of my heart love you all Also VIP for letting us use a flashlight showing that waterville maine.is a very caring city Diane Bonito and Rhonda Bonito Thomad thanks again I have my kitten she safe and warm

Nice family style store. Went in for a sweater for my Yorkie but the selection for sweaters was lacking. Did have the natural dog food (Nutro) I give him.

Not a very expansive variety of foods. Usually only one or two staff members. Would rather go to PetSmart.
