We were treated terribly by a sales person who was very angry we didnt need assistance. From the second we stepped in the showroom we were honest and explained that we were only there to physically touch and see a table we had in mind to purchase, but that we already had a salesperson we were dealing with in Horseheads who was very invested in our purchase (we had already purchased three couches The week prior). The only reason we stopped at the Amherst location to do this is because we have a 3 year old and 6 month old and my parents were willing to watch the kids for a little while over the Holidays while we stopped in. Horseheads is an hour away from where we live in Ithaca and therefore we took our parents up on this offer. After we explained this to the sales person he literally threw his arms in the air and told us he wasnt able to deal with any other customers until we left now. We tried to apologize and explain once again that he could help someone else, but he stormed away towards the sales office announced to the (now standing around and watching) sales team and those customers within close proximity "Great! These guys (pointing at us) are buying from another Raymour!" At first we thought it was a joke until he angrily started grumbling about us, loud enough for us to hear from outside the center office, while stapling packets. Sales people were staring and laughing from that point on. They kept approaching him (and he lingered near us enough to keep an eye on us) and he would shake his head and roll his eyes and watch us more. My husband and I were approached by the same sales person about 10 minutes later but we were not willing to hear him out. By that time I was angry and extremely embarrassed. I told him I had never been treated that way by someone in customer service and he began argue with us again. I can honestly say this is the first time I went into a store and was made to cry by a customer service representative. I will never again step foot inside of a Raymour.

I would like to write a review about an employee named Robert Carrier. This person is my cousin, he was also my general manager at ashley furniture. He was fired because he was falsifying documents to have innocent employees fired. The only fault these employees had were the ability to see through his lies and attempts to manipulate them for his own gain. He offered another employee his hotel room key and offered her a raise his excuse was that it was the wrong card and that he had meant to give her his debit card and said it was only a joke as he walked away awkwardly. I also found his arm to have blood on it and this worried me at first because he has a history doing heroine at work, which his own mother called into a place he was working to tell them thats what he was doing to have him fired . I have nothing against Raymore and flannigan only to this individual that is in their management team this man will never change right before he was let go he slashed the tires of the other employees involved. And a year and a half later found my car and poured bleach into my gas tank this person has a huge history and I mean Huge history of being a con artist and he hasnt ever held a proper job for very long the one thing he cant ever learn is you cannot control people only yourself. All of this information is only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Robert carrier I am doing this of course out of retaliation but I can assure you this manager you have on your team will end up hurting your company just like it did at ashley furniture in horseheads please for the sake of your guests which are top priority this man cannot help them only himself and thus becomes something about Raymore and flannigan and can reflect your customer satisfaction

Terrible! Purchased in Niskayuna, NY and set delivery for Tonawanda, NY. After waiting all day the delivery arrives only to be told that the dresser was damaged. So now at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon we learn for the first time that we dont have a dresser. Who is this company that they think people can wait around for days to correct their problem. I actually moved here for work and cannot take off time to sit around and wait for another delivery. How am I supposed to unpack? Thrilled I spent $3000.00 on a bedroom set that I dont have, yet they have my money. Awful! Horrible! Thief!!!!!!!

We searched for weeks for the perfect couch. We fell in love with the Madigan collection made by Fairmont designs.our salesman Phillip Creel was fantastic. While shopping for our new couch we encountered many smiley sales people at different stores who pretty much scared is away. Phillip is a gentleman, clean cut, and very professional. I will be buying from Raymor and Flannigan for a long time! Thank you, Jesse Bieksza and Katie Shryne.

We got a bedroom set from here. They promised us a lot trying to close the sale and then when we agreed to purchase it tried to walk it back. But in the end they lived up to their agreement but only after we wouldnt budge.
