The incompetence of the staff in this store in unparalleled. I made a phone call to inquire about an item I purchased that I wanted to do an even exchange for. The sales associate and I had a clear, concise conversation about the product I needed and that I would be traveling to return and pick up the new item. Upon arriving they bring the wrong product (same I was returning) and then the sales agent says the product I needed was broken (2 in stock, broken!) he apologizes because he didnt check the box before he confirms and says some story about how he cannot order the item to come to the store. 3 hours of my day wasted!

The store has a nice selection, but leave plenty of time to check out. It always seems like they only have one person at the cash register who is frantic and customers are still shopping at the cash register while you wait with one item.
