BEWARE OF BUYING ANY MAJOR PURCHASES!!! Very disappointed with my experience here. I found a rug on the website that I liked and the Dadeland location was the only one that had it. When I went to purchase, the rug was $50 more in the store than it was online! They agreed to sell it to me for the online price but only after I pushed. I went to this location which is 40 minutes from my house, got the rug, brought it upstairs in my condo and open it to find a huge stain. I called the store and they told me to bring it to the Midtown location (closer to our house) and they would send me a new one via UPS. We bring it in immediately, wait a week and still no rug. I call the store and they promise to call me back with info but never did. I called again and was finally able to get them to tell me that they had not sent the rug and then begin to say that the Midtown location did not see a stain and inferred that we were lying. Why would I lie? Ridiculous since I had the damaged rug pics on my cellphone as proof. So they finally send me the rug 3 weeks later and they send THE WRONG RUG!!! I call the Store Manager who just didnt seem to want to deal with this. He tells me one of the store managers would have to come to my house and pick it up and he would order me a new one from the website which would take 3 weeks. He also tells me they have lost too much money on my rug and could only compensate me $50 for my trouble.. it was a $500 rug! So he orders one online and it was back ordered for a month. I finally received the rug on V-day Feb 14th a whole 7 weeks after my original purchase. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Thank you Eddie!Called in from out of state to order a side table that was on back order and my local store did not have in stock. Nor were they really helpful to assist me in ordering it from another store. The associate Eddie was super helpful! He was very busy and took the time to call me back and get the details right. Finally someone in customer service was a pleasure to deal with! Wish I could say that for my local store.

if youre looking for higher-end stuff that actually looks good, maybe stay away from rooms-to-go and check this place out. besides a wide array of home furniture, theres also kitchen and decorative stuff. the staff is friendly and theres free parking in the garage with validated parking.

The staff is amazing, they have had to help me countless times as corporate is not the best. I would recommend you always go into the store and work with their team members. If you order directly on-line you will be lost in corporate and you may never get your furniture.

Nice area, beautiful accessories and good quality furniture. Its a bit pricey but it must be there because someone can afford it. I LOVE the look and design of almost every piece in there. I shop at West Elm for my job so I always get to pick the pretty things.

Horrid customer service. Had to ask 3 separate times for the price, stock, and sizing on EVERY ITEM I looked at. Person regularly forgot to look up info and ultimately it took so long to check stock I just walked out. Ridiculous.
