Mattress have no standard industry wide. Its an industry which is just a big shell game. Our mattresses were delivered as ordered; then the service went downhill. One wasnt right from the get go but the salesman couldnt or wouldnt help. Both mattresses were expensive and failed within four years. We wont be buying anything from this store again.
