I was about to grab coffee at Starbucks on Lohman and thought to myself, "Hey, I should not be giving my money to this giant, I should support someplace local...". So I drive to Milagro and decide that I will give their drive-thru a shot since Im in a bit of a hurry now. A girl rips open the window in annoyance and just deadpans at me, waiting for me to speak...no greeting, no nothing....so I say hello to her and state what I want....she abruptly says, "OK" and slams the window shut. The next time someone appears at the window, it is a guy, who says, "Thanks", and hands me a CC receipt to sign. Five minutes later, the same guy hands me my order with no eye contact or any other interaction, so I start to say thank you and again, have the window slammed in my face! If the drive-thru is such an inconvenience to you, then shut it down. If your customers are such an inconvenience to you, then shut it down. No one has time for your hipster nonsense. I am going to savor this Espresso shake, for it is my last. I wont be going back to Milagro to be out-cooled by your staff and I will advise my friends and family to pass as well. I will still support local, but I have to say I have never been treated in such a way at a Starbucks.

Heres what it comes down to for me: The coffee is pretty good, although a bit overpriced on many drinks; the staff is very slow, rude and very unprofessional (every encounter Ive had, particularly with one mentioned in another review on here, had been an awful one); finally, the store hours are completely wrong. Ive called or stopped by at 9pm (when 10pm is closing time) and everything was shut down! This place has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, due to a lack of management, quality service and conducting business in a professional manner, this customer is not only unimpressed but moreover very disappointed. I dont need to go to a coffee shop that makes me feel unimportant and only cares about my money. Ill save my money for a better coffee shop around town.

They have a nice variety of coffee and lattes. They also have seasonal drinks such as fresh squeezed orange juice or hot apple cider. They have many breakfast options such as bagels, burritos, and oatmeal. They also have lunch options such as paninis and sandwiches. The lox bagel and the roast beef panini with horseradish and green chile are my favorite. They also have dessert. It is a great place to study, catch up with friends, or to bring your dog. They always give biscuits to my dog. She loves going there and playing with other dogs outside.

Having grown up in Seattle, I was thrilled to find that Milagro is one of those "true" coffee shops. By "true", the place: 1. did not feel like a sterile chain; 2. its staff are friendly and "real"; 3. its clientele is incredibly diverse, an indication of how "safe" they (and I) think Milagro is; 4. theres a back room designated as a quiet/study/work area; and 5. theres a wall full of fliers, many of them related to nearby NMSU. Oh, and the food and drinks are excellent. Its become an automatic stop when we pass through Las Cruces.

Milagro sucks. The hours listed on Google are wrong, so I showed up 15 mins before their actual closing time, was given luke warm tea (gross) and then kicked out. When I asked about the closing time the barista told me that they couldnt change it because "someone changed the administrator password." The time has been wrong for years, according to the barista. Hmmm, well, you know, people have been to the goddamn moon so I really doubt that the "technology doesnt exist" for someone to change your hours online, and make hot water.

Excellent coffee shop! Good old fashioned coffee, yummy food and an awesome place to hang out or work on homework. They also have a drive thru for coffee on the go. They only problem Milagros has is the menu is a bit all over the place, I suggest scanning the wall and counter for notes of additional (or maybe seasonal) menu items.

They roast their own coffee on site in the back so you know its fresh and locally roasted. I got a regular drip and a latte and both were done really well. The drip coffee was brewed perfectly and was fresh. The latte was also done right. Im from Seattle and I roast my own coffee at home. Trust me, Milagro is right on par.

Cool atmosphere, great coffee. We we ordered two Paninis which we should have split they were huge. One was roast beef, we were unimpressed. Lacking in roast beef. The staff was also meh. The guy at the front counter was less than enthused to give us the rundown on the breakfast menu. Coffee was good though!

If you like good strong coffee, this is the place. I read comments here like, rude staff, slow, blah, blah. Forget about that, come and try coffee here, youll never buy coffee anywhere else. Hint: try espresso shake, regular espresso and american brew (last one is damn big and strong).

This place is great, has a really cool vibe to it. The espresso shake was fantastic, and my husband enjoyed his latte (which is shocking cause he is so used to Starbucks frappacinos). Overall a great experience.

Nice little coffee shop for Las Cruces. Could be seriously improved by cleaning the bathrooms, there is some weird stuff going on in there. Step up the cleanliness for five stars.
