The Indian workers at this ColdStone Creamery are beyond racist. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and ColdStone Creamery corporate offices. It never cease to amaze me how a foreigner such as Indian people are so discrimatory and racist to African Americans. If you dont like African Americans so bad then go back to India!!! Every single time I go there when the Indian workers are working there is always a problem. Deliberately dropping my ice cream on dirty surfaces, giving me stale/ expired items. Arguing with me about what I ordered as if Im not paying for it!!! Wow! It would almost seem as though the majority of their items are for non African Americans but yet you have zero problems taking my African American money which is green like everyone elses. Other than the racist, discriminatory bigots the ice cream taste great with an occasional stale/ expired cone!!!!! Ice cream with a free side of RACISM!!!!!

I loveeeeee this place! The workers work very fast and efficiently to get to everyone as quickly as possible! Everytime you walk into the door, you are greeted with a warm smile from the workers. Recently, I ordered a strawberry lemonade sorbet mixed with fresh strawberries and it was so delicious! Their prices are reasonably cheap and they have great customer service. I come here all the time and I will continue to for the rest of my life!

Super slow. THEN way before close AFTER we waited for 20 minutes, they lock the doors from the inside and say no one else is allowed in because they are running out of ice cream?! WTF. The line still hadnt moved. We left.

The Indian lady is absolutely horrible! You ask her for something and she tells you no, you cant have it. She is so rude and nasty and mean. She needs to learn politeness, courtesy and manners, the American way!
